List Of Grievances
Loss of rights:
The right to be represented:The gradual usurpation of power and wealth -- resulting in unthinkable sums to compete for public office
The right to be free: 20 millions residents live in fear with no rights, and 10 million live in fear -- for offenses that should not rise to such a lifelong stigma -- such as drug use -- or non violent larceny
The right to a speedy fair trial of ones peers, even if accused of 'helping a terrorist'
The right to know what our government is doing
The right not to live in unreasonable fear over your livelihood and health and childrens substandard education -- controlled by petty minded beauracrats -- who protect the incumbents
The right to say 2+2 = 4
That Is the govt does not hide what it is doing
That when bombing countries we admit these are acts of war
The right not to be spied upon.
The right not to have our army and intelligence services be used for domestic surveillance.
Freedom of the Press: Its allways been a struggle -- once a printing press -- now a web blog -- for now we have this privilege
The right to expect our corporations to act as responsible citizens not rapacious looters -- hawking wealth and sex and mindless celebrity worship -- setting up obesity traps all over the country -- not defending local crafts and industries -- nor promoting them properly -- cultures are what they do -- and if they cannot count on what they do to continue --
Our corporations sense of responsibility is one of their elite domination -- and accordingly this has severely undermined our freedom of the press
Declaration of independence from remote power center
1776
Unconscionable disparities in wealth, through cronyism and collusion, and insider-ism -- in most cases
Countries invaded for these same corrupt interests
6 Cowardly Bully Black Ops Wars -- guaranteeing permanent recruits to fanatic enemy legions --
40% of our output spent on medicine and warfare and corrections
3.8% on public education
2 Million Prisoners -- whereas avg for our pop wd be 300.000
2011
Bill of Rights suspended
World competitiveness squandered with low test scores vs all other comparable nations (27/30)
Violation of Jeffersonian & Vonnegutian conception of the right to a quality education for every american
Launching missiles into foreign countries and not having the ethical clarity to understand these are Acts of War, and that we dishonor our Armed Forces without legally defined hostilities -- which is why I thank God that the last War my family fought in was the Second World War -- because all the rest since "are not worth the blood of a single Pomeranian Grenadier.

At the fall of Tripoli, let us see who supported the TNC and who supported Gadaffi:
Who makes up the opposition: 4 groups: Liberal Reformists, essentially what would be an opposition party in a 2 party system -- but in Libya a small group, perhaps 5% of the population. The Islamists, people who traditionally have not been allies with the West, from the more backwards east of Libya. The Berber, a indigenous culture that has been repressed by all governments in North Africa, as at 1 time the Arabs of N Africa legitimately saw the Berber as a group the West would use to destroy their countries. And the tribes at the short end of the stick in the intertribal politics of Libya. All in all perhaps at most ¼ to 1/3 of the population. Who supported Gadaffi: Women: Women in Gadaffi's Libya had full equal rights under the law. Blacks. Blacks had been lynched due to largely false rumors of African mercenaries, most Libyan Blacks and many Blacks worldwide feared and distrusted. The two largest tribes: The Warfala of Beni Walid which are 900,000 out of Libya's 5 to 6 million people. The Tarhouna -- who were allowed to be pro gadaffi or pro tnc, creating the only peaceful town in post NATO Libya. Beni Walid on the other hand, freedom of expression was to be prohibited. If you showed sympathy for the old government -- and if the TNC were able to take over the town you might be arrested or killed.
In Tripoli -- a demonstration in one of the pro Gadaffi neighborhoods -- had live rounds fired into it by the TNC, was broken up and then the TNC militias' opened up with heavy weapons on the apartment buildings of the Gadaffi supporters. Clearly in Tripoli being seen as a Gadaffi supporter was about as safe as being a Jew in Germany on Krsystalnacht. More people were put in prison for being suspected of supporting Gadaffi, more than 10,000 than the entire prison system of Gadaffi. Under Gadaffi Libya had abt 9,000 total prisoners. Remember also that Gadaffi was seen as the founder of a modern independent Libya, loved or hated, he rid Libya of its colonial status -- and made it a fully independent state. He was the most pre eminent of Libya's Founding Fathers.
And in Sirte, Gadaffi's birthplace, home of the Al Gadafa tribe. Simply living there meant you would be killed. Primarily by NATO. It is a matter of indisputable fact that NATO bombed populated apartment buildings, hospitals and essentially destroyed the city because it supported Gadaffi.
Hillary Clinton Will protect civilians in Libya who like her brand of democracy -- that is the minority of the population -- if you don't like her friends -- Islamic extremists -- who killed Americans in Iraq -- are afraid of them -- and want your old repressive but quiet and prosperous Gadaffi land back -- and you get in the way - then she and her boss Barack will kill you. This sounds ridiculous. It is hard to believe but it is true.

Cenk Uygur of young turks shocking revelations of MSNBC suppression of stories. Libya News & Events roundup 30 JULY: US NATO Media fails to tell of blowback risks to the West
1. far more culpable than Govts disservice to Nato countries failing to cover Libya properly, the media guaranteed failure in our American mission
2. Cenk Uygur
3. Fail to cover obvious difficulty in Libya Mission by constantly trumpeting the fall of the regime -- which any high school student could uncover & predict these problems
4. By covering it with a myth of our vastly superior culture -- our citizens were lulled into complacency
5. Try going around the world now -- Japanese trawlers Somalia -- Silk Route -- South and East Roman Empire SE Asia parts of Phillipines, Balkans (Serbia) Perhaps Bosnia and Albania Bolivia Venezuela Peru Ecuador
6. Review of Videos on Libya on Youtube, Russia Today
7. The other side's argument in Libya
8. People in Government rely on media just as much as the rest - & public complacency means no pressure on their representatives
9. Use technique of first examining headlines --
10. Younnus Obeida break catastrophic to Rebels -- rumors of Younnes death suppressed -- I found out 5 days before story was broken
The incompetent or deliberate failure to accurately predict consequences of blowback by the press if we fail means we were not informed of the catastrophic potential consequences to our economy and our individual liberties. In fact consequences that could devastate and possibly collapse the American NATO prosperity permanently -- by driving neutrals into totally fearing and not trusting our banks or our people or our Governments as BRIC & New Socialist Latin America scoops them up
