If you compromise your gut, you compromise your health. And one of the most important factors in keeping the microbiota in your gut healthy is to reduce stress in your life. Once you have done that you should make sure you eat a large variety of plants. This is because you will need a large variety of fibers, among other things, to keep your gut bacteria fed and producing short chained fatty acids - which will affect your epigenetics and inhibit HDACs. As more information regarding the people who have had severe complications due to COVID-19 or even died from it becomes available we see that the group with Metabolic Disease is overrepresented among them.
Metabolic disease is an ongoing pandemic, claiming some 40 million lives each year globally. It is related to obesity, diabetes, cancer, heart disease, Alzheimer's, etc.
NAD is directly involved in the production of energy in our body, thus directly related to metabolism. Boosting our NAD-levels we boost our energy levels and affect ageing-related pathways like, in particular those of inflammation. Thus, it stands to reason that it may be of advantage to have higher NAD-levels when facing COVID-19.
Also, as a side note, one is interested in higher vitamin D levels as some 90% of the COVID-19 victims had low levels, and vitamin is important for the function of the immune system. In fact, some believe that it is due to low vitamin D levels that we have the seasonal flu.

This is my healing/non-healing journey of osteoarthritis. I do not know the outcome of the journey. My mode of healing: micro vibrations.
My dad gave me a Vitafon for my birthday, and so I am using it to see if I can heal from something mainstream medicine tells me is incurable and only will get worse.
This may prove to be a rather long journey, as regrowing cartilage is usually not a quick thing to do. Cartilage has no blood flowing to it to bring it nutrients. Instead it is only nourished through synovial fluid. And so, my miracle will surely not be an immanent one, but may take its time, if it decides to happen at all.
Two months have passed since I started the therapy. And here is my update on how it has been.

I was asked what I see going on in the world currently, July 2020. So in this video I try to briefly describe how I see thing. I talk about our current economy of bubbles and how it is bound to lead to a crisis that will likely involve the end of fiat currency and require a new form of money. I talk about how we are increasingly getting a difference between classes in society, the poor and the rich.
I also talk about how we are no longer as capable of organising us to create change. or movements that can bring about substantial change. This is due to a number of causes, including Covid, media, and online platforms.
Finally I talk about ideas regarding what to do to create an outcome that is different from a totalitarian society where the citizen have no rights and live in poverty. I talk about the possibility of a silent, peaceful opt-in revolution, where we opt into alternative solutions for organisation.
