I've talked several times before about the importance of trusting the process. Trusting the process means disassociating the results from your actions, which should be what really matters in that case.
However, things do not always work beautifully like that. There are some areas that trusting the process might be easier than other.

Balancing A Full-Time Job & Learning A New Language
Working full-time can be hard. You're stuck with 40-hour per week of focus plus additional tasks that also adds up to the whole full-time job devotion, such as commute time. Learning a new language is also difficult. There are a lot of different and new stuff you need to learn, understand and also implement.
If we could unite both of these things, I would say that both demands time. And a lot of time. So, how could we possibly blend both things? How can we possibly unite working full-time and learning a new programming language?
The bottom line is: Is is possible, but it is difficult.
There are some hacks you can start using in order to unite those things. Learning can definitely be an easy thing and take a lot less time than we originally think it takes and you could also optimize your full-time job in order to blend both things.
