Still Report #481 - Hypocritical Mexican Immigration Laws
First of all a big welcome to the hundreds of new subscribers. We’ve suddenly reached some sort of critical mass and are adding over 100 new viewers per day now at a time when the stock marked is headed down and Americans worry about the future of our freedoms.
That means that by tomorrow, we’ll cross 22 thousand subscribers mark and the delta between the Dow Jones average and our subscriber base may go over 5000 before Christmas.
Just a reminder, please become a paying subscriber for as little as one dollar a month. Only about 1% of you do. Just click up here, then click on the gold Subscribe button. Don’t worry, you can cancel at any time, but anyone can afford a dollar a month.
I try to create these short video reports for one reason - so that you can have something to send to your family & friends that contains reliable but important, concise, and interesting information – information needed – as the preamble of our Constitution states:
“… to secure the blessings of liberty for ourselves and our posterity.”
I also now provide the text of these reports in the Description Box directly below these reports. Unfortunately, this box has a 900 word limit, but that covers 95% of my reports.
The Mexican government is outraged at Donald Trump’s insistence on building a wall across the entire southern boarder of the United States.
However, as it turns out, Mexican immigration laws and its Constitution are much more restrictive on illegal immigration than anything in the United States.
So why the hypocrisy? I’ll tell you at the end of this list of just 10 of Mexico’s immigration restrictions:
1. First of all, Article 33 of the Mexican Constitution states that foreigners may be expelled for any reason and without any legal process. Source: Factreal:

2. Article 123 states that any sort of illegal immigration is a felony punishable by up to 2 years in prison or immediate deportation.
3. Article 118 sets a penalty of up to 10 years in prison for those who have been deported who then re-enter Mexico without authorization.
4. Article 34 states that immigration officials must ensure that immigrants “have the necessary funds for their sustenance.”
5. Article 37 states that Immigrants must be barred from entry if their presence upsets:

“… the equilibrium of national demographics….”
Or when foreigners are deemed detrimental to “economic or national interests.”
Or when foreigners do not behave like “good citizens”.
Or when they have broken any Mexican laws.
6. Articles 87 and 91 requires a National Catalog of Foreigners that tracks foreign tourists and immigrants and assigns each individual a unique tracking number.
7. Article 116 makes it illegal to enter Mexico under false pretenses with fake immigration papers, or sign government documents with a false signature.
8. Articles 119, 120 and 121 sets penalties for visa violations, such as working without a permit. Violators may be imprisoned for up to 6 years.

9. Article 32 spells out that there is no such thing as equal employment rights for immigrants, even legal ones, in the public sector. Natural-born Mexicans always have priority for government jobs.
10. Article 27 of the Constitution states that foreigners are forbidden from owning land in Mexico within 100 kilometers of the border or within 50 kilometers of the coast.
And finally, in order to vote, every Mexican citizen has to have a tamper-proof photo ID card with a thumbprint and an embossed hologram. You have to personally enroll and personally return to collect your voting credential.
The U.S. has no equivalent voter card requirement. Some states require a photo ID to vote, but incredibly, many others don’t.
So why the double standard? Why are the Mexicans upset with the political push to clamp down on illegal immigration to the United States.
Simple, Mexicans send back 22 billion dollars a year to Mexico – about 2% of its GDP -- and over 8% of its total income from exports. That’s a big chunk!
Donald Trump says he will build a big, beautiful wall and Mexico will pay for it. Well, simply cutting the flow of these electronic wire transfers back to Mexico -- which can be done immediately by a simple executive order -- would pay for the wall in a single year and solve a lot of our problems.
I’m still – and happily reporting from Washington. Good day.
