How intermittent fasting works. I've been intermittent fasting for well over 6 months now and I've had some AWESOME results. It's a unique way of eating, where you only eat within certain eating periods or an 'eating window'. This means your body is in a 'fasted state' for several hours a day.
By being in this fasted state, you increase human growth hormone (HGH) and your body burns FAT for fuel instead of SUGARS. This means you lose weight and fat, put on muscle, feel better and think faster. *******************************************************
