Review - Coffee - Tim Black's Signature Blend
A one-take video review trying out Tim Black's Signature Blend coffee. I ordered whole beans, ground it fine, and used an aeropress. It's a medium dark roast, but I didn't find it as bitter as I was expecting. I also added two teaspoons of sugar, as well as finally adding a half serving of frothed whole milk. Two thumbs up, or 3.5 out of 4 stars (or 4.5 out of 5 stars). Only because I love Kona coffee, comparing it to my favorite, it's not quite at that level. But, because it helps support Tim Black, definitely rounding up, and not down.

Black - Subtle flavor. Not too bold. Not too bitter. I could drink the coffee black, and I prefer milk and sugar!

Black with sugar - Amplifies the taste, in a good way! Still subtle, and the bitter is still there, but man, that tastes good.

Sugar and frothed milk - Now, this is the way I like my coffee. Goes down real smooth. I could drink this all day and all night!

Rob had been viewing my fishing videos, and was wanting to come out to fishing at Walden Pond with me for the last few weeks, but our schedules never lined up. Because today is a Massachusetts holiday (Patriot's Day), my wife and daughter had the day off to go watch the Boston marathon, which freed me up with the car. I was working from home today, so I said, screw it, I'll skip eating during lunch, and head out to fish, instead. So, I started fishing at around 1:15PM, and stopped fishing at around 1:45PM. I caught my limit of 3 within 30 minutes, and headed back home to work.
