This LAST special episode of my latest adventure to Thailand features a brief look at the improvements made in disability access since April 2016 (now August 2016). A whole area of Khon Kaen around the tourist hotels down to the Hospital have got a make-over with drop kerbs and signage. The idea is great, but then the route is blocked by cars and other stuff on the pavements! A good attempt, but in need of more thought? It could be a good job for me if I moved to Khon Kaen, perhaps a disability advisor? I have no idea if that would work or be even feasible with no Thai language. Maybe just a pipe dream.
