Is Having A Mentor Important?
So, I've received a question from a subscriber of this channel asking me if having a mentor was important and "essential" for him to develop the better version of himself.
So, he said that he wanted to know how I grew to become the better version of myself and how he can do the same.
Will he need a mentor? Can he go there alone?

I got an email for a developer who has only been coding for about 8 months, but is concerned that he can't build anything on his own and has to copy and paste a lot.
In this video I talk about why this is completely normal and not something to worry about.

Being Nice & Respecting People: The Truth
Recently, I did a video about masculine, feminine and why it matters and it kind of raised other questions that I always talk and discuss here in this channel.
For example, that video led me to think about the video on "Being A Nice Guy" and this is exactly what we are going to discuss in this video.
What is the real truth behind the whole being nice and respecting people thing? Can we learn with that?

Evan Carmichael On Finding Inspiration For Your Programming Career
So, for those who don't know, Evan Carmichael is one of the big names today when it comes to personal development. He has written a WONDERFUL book called "Your One Word" and has changed a lot of my perception about this subject.
So, this is why I decided to team up with him to talk about how programmers can find inspiration and motivation to keep going with their programming careers.
I often see a lot of developers struggling to find motivation and to keep going doing things that they want to do and achieving their dreams that it really breaks my heart.
This is why Evan is definitely a good name to talk about this and I thank him for sharing all his experience.

Is there room for everybody at the top?
This is one of the most common questions I receive, regarding leadership and opportunities. "John, you know that there is not room for everybody at the top. Why should I even bother trying to achieve success? It doesn't make any sense".
This is one of the most common excuses I hear for not trying to get to the top.
Watch this video and find out why you need to change this destructive mindset and why, while there is not room for everybody at the top, you can find the spotlight with ease.

So, this is another thank you video! We've just reached 90k subscribers and I'm beyond happy to see the channel reaching such levels.
All the work I do here is from my heart and I'm really glad to see such support coming from you (although sometimes I get called an asshole, a bodybuilder with no programming skills, etc.)
Anyway, thanks for all the support and for finding value in this channel!
