Thailand Adventure 3: Day 15 (Road trip to Kam Chanod forest temple via 7-11s and noodle bars)
This is my 3rd documented trip to Thailand to tour the vast country, to visit family and meet people.
ROADTRIP !!!
Today we're off to Kam Chanod (temple) which is North East of Udon Thani near to Ban Dung.
Nestled in a forested area, the temple is surrounded by ancient trees and hides the spirits of the past inside.
It was a long 4-hour drive probably due to the numerous stops we made, including a lot of 7-11's (sorry Thailand Rob) and lunch in Kumphawapi, the town where we had our first date.

Still looking for a laptop, the shop has kittens as it nearly slips off my lap while reviewing it. Coffee and croissant snacks, while Tad is in Topps Market.
Toilet watch central plaza followed by a quick trip to drop the kids at the Chinese temple for practice but we're a bit early.

A morning commentary about the day before and being arm-twisted into donating 600 baht to pay the electric bill.
Then, a brief visit to the house and off to find a bank to change some money. The bank we went to said go away, so we did to another bank, SCB in the Big-C where we found our problem of searching for food was solved in the value for money food court.
