CONSTRUCTIVE NOTICE AND REQUEST-REQUIREMENT.

I John-Henry, make this request-requirement, in compliance of a party’s Statutory Rights under CPR 5.4(2) or its equivalent – and your Common Law duty to be Open and Transparent under the freedom of information Law for the Supply of Documents to Requiring Party, (This is Not a DSAR).
1) I formally require a copy of section 1, 2 & 3 of the Computerised Court Records ( CCR or Caseman print out) in accordance with the Ministry of Justice Directorate for the above case number where it states:
‘Upon request, this document is provided by the court’s administration to the parties in the proceedings (claimants and defendants) who ask to obtain the print out the computerised court records (CCR). This document is crucial to check and cross-analyse the validity of the proceedings. All the data held and recorded by the court is displayed on this court report (CCR) as divided in three (3) sections.
1) A File View Request to inspect the paper Court File – URGENT.
2) A copy of the Application / Claim Form, Issued by the Court.
3) A copy of the Particulars of claim, Issued by the Court, to justify the legality and lawfulness of the statement of the claim.
Grounds:- a) – I have never filed nor been served with any proceedings, Issued by the Court, on which the case number appears.
The documents and information are required from the Court’s Administration (Non Judicial) under your common law duty to be open and transparent, and affect Human Rights Under the ECHR Articles 5, 6 and 8.
If you are unable or unwilling to comply with my request-requirement, provide the reason in writing by return.
Implied admission by the absence of a response.
This notice will be used in evidence.
I require the written response to this notice within three (3) Days, in plain English for the above requirements with a note signed under full commercial liability and penalties of perjury, assuring and promising me that all of the replies and details given to the above request are true and without deception, fraud and mischief, and in your Private and Public Capacity.
