Still Report #1013 - Comey’s Devastating Testimony In Congress
Hillary Clinton’s years of lies thinly covered by her illegal at-home email server are rapidly coming apart thanks to yesterday’s testimony by FBI Director James Comey. The situation was revealed to be so serious that Speaker of the House, Paul Ryan has written a letter to Director of National Intelligence James Clapper asking if Mrs. Clinton and her top aides will be allowed access to classified briefings after her nomination. “It would send the wrong signal to all those charged with safeguarding our nation’s secrets if you choose to provide her access to this information despite the FBI’s findings.” Yesterday’s hearings were not only damning to the former Secretary of State but to the Director of the FBI as well. [insert Lawyers] No, her intent was to be sure that everything that could be politically embarrassing, or worse, criminal – was removed. [insert Gowdy & Comey] I don’t believe that. Her attorney’s primary mission was not to look for work-related emails. Their primary mission was to keep Clinton out of jail. That meant Clinton Foundation stuff would be the primary thing. I don’t think even classified material would be a higher priority for them. They had to read them. Impossible that they did not. [insert Classified Marking] This is utter nonsense. He is stretching so far to excuse her behavior, it’s beyond belief. Now this next guy is how an intelligence profession responds to questions. [insert NSA Guy] However, according to today’s Wall Street Journal, several national security experts say it will be virtually impossible to stop Mrs. Clinton from getting her hands on additional classified material – and even designating members of her staff who will have access as well. According to Anthony Cordesman, former Pentagon director of intelligence assessment: “If the president wants to give clearances to somebody, well guess what, they are the commander-in-chief.” I’m Still reporting from Washington. Good day.
Although I admit that I hate to give CNN credit for anything, they came up with a winner this time.
Online marketeers are slowly embracing a new era for getting their messages across. People just won’t sit through boring ads anymore. You have to give them something more --through online competitions.
CNN’s latest offering is called Political Prediction Market. The rules are pretty minimal. You are presented with the latest odds on basic political questions and your job is to predict which way the odds will change next.
I’ll tell you the location of the site in a minute, but first, my own ad.
-----------------------
This is our fundraising month. We ran our last one on August 28 – 4 months ago. We are trying to raise enough in monthly subscriptions to allow us to do reporting full time. Right now, I split my time between what I love to do – this report – and what I need to do to stay alive.
It hasn’t been easy building an audience. Over the past 5 years, I’ve slowly devoted more and more time to this channel and less time to traditional jobs. I don’t take on popular topics – unless it’s by accident. But now, we are getting so close I can taste it.
For example, in the last month, we produced 31 shows, these were seen by 154,000 people and we added a record 412 YouTube subscribers. But in just the last 24 hours, we added another 69 subscribers.
The problem is that very few YouTube subscribers became Still Report paying subscribers.
A lot of that is just confusion in terminology. Yes, we want YouTube subscribers, but in order to survive, we also need about 20% of those to become paying subscribers or this won’t work forever because with the advent of ad-blocking programs, our ad revenue is dropping steadily.
I don’t blame you, online ads are obnoxious. And I think we’ll be all right if we can convince 20% of you to carry the load by becoming a paying subscriber for as little as $1 a month.
Now everyone watching this can afford a buck a month, and it really makes a difference. Quite a few people can afford $5 or $10 a month and that really goes a long way. A very few give more per month, and we really appreciate their loyalty.
Here’s all you have to do. Go to www.billstill.com.
Here is the dropdown option for monthly support. Here’s a dollar – then click on Subscribe.
Or, $5. You spend five bucks at Starbucks every day just drinking coffee. This is once a MONTH!
So you hit subscribe, then you can put in your PayPal info, or if you don’t like Paypal, click here and you can pay with any credit or debit card. Put your info in here.
Oh, by the way, we never see your personal info. That’s all handled by Paypal – the processor. Also, if you don’t like doing it monthly, and want to give 250 or a million bucks one time, here’s what you do.
Log into your PayPal account.
Then click on Pay-or-Send-Money.
Then put in my paypal email address here. Yes, I’m your friend. And put in the amount here, then click Next.
That’s all there is to it.
But I strongly prefer if you would make your contribution in the subscription model so I can rely on what’s coming in steadily so I will know if I have to go out and get a real job again.
Now just a reminder, if you go for the subscription model, you can unsubscribe at any time by just clicking on this button. It’s really that easy.
Now back to the news.

So I signed up for the Political Prediction Game an hour ago and already I’ve got 250 points – good enough to move me up to rank 5018 out of 26,000.
Here are the basic instructions. Not much to it.
Here was my first question. Trump’s odds of becoming the Republican nominee are currently 18%. Did I think they would go up or down in their next move. I predicted they will move up. Nothing has happened so far, so I have no points yet.
But here is where I scored big. I predicted that Rand Paul’s odds of dropping out of the race before the end of the year were way below the 81% initially posted. I was right, they subsequently have dropped 3 points to 78% and I got 30 points as a result.
Well, that’s all there is to it. Fun and free. See ya on the leaderboard. Oh yeah, the site is at:

I’m Still reporting from Washington.
Good afternoon, I’m still reporting on politics.
A week ago, CNN’s Dr. Drew Pinsky expressed “grave concern” about Hillary Clinton’s health on KABC radio – the ABC affiliate in Los Angeles.
It seems CNN is rather sensitive – perhaps desperate - about any implications that Clinton’s health is anything but perfect.
Dr. Drew had combed through Clinton’s publicly-available medical records and discovered that when she fainted and fell in late 2012, she suffered a:
“…transverse sinus thrombosis, [an] exceedingly rare clot [than] virtually guarantees somebody has something wrong with their coagulation system.
“What’s wrong with her coagulation system, has that been evaluated,” asked Dr. Drew.
Drew went on to explain that it was a sign of brain damage when Clinton had to wear those prism glasses while testifying before a Congressional committee about the Benghazi attack.
The interview went viral and immediately thereafter was removed from KABC’s webpage.
“To attempt to diagnose an individual without examining them personally … can lead to speculation regarding the individual that could be far from the truth,” said Dr. Robert Wergin, chair of the American Academy of Family Physicians according to the webpage “IM.com.
Yesterday CNN executive vice president Ken Jautz announced that after a very successful 5-year run, Dr. Drew’s show would cease to exist as of Sept. 22.
Big Brother will tolerate no deviation from the script.

The Obama administration and the State Department announced this afternoon that they are withholding 18 emails between former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and President Obama because they are too highly classified for the public to see.
The State Department is releasing another group of emails – many of them highly classified – this evening, but these 18 will not be part of that release because they are “too damaging”. Damaging to whom???
CBS White House Correspondent Mark Knoller broke the story this afternoon in a tweet:
[insert]
Withholding these 18 emails under the Presidential Records Act means that the President can keep these 18 emails secret for up to 12 years.
Unbelievably, a White House spokesman today even denied that Hillary Clinton is the subject of an ongoing FBI investigation into her email practices.
However, according to the Washington Examiner and NewsMax, former Chairman of the House Oversight Committee, Daryll Issa says the FBI will recommend indictments for both Hillary Clinton and her aide, Huma Abedin for what other experts are calling “multiple felonies”.
Earlier this week, former House Majority Leader Tom Delay of Texas said the FBI is going to recommend indictment. Delay told NewsMax:
“They also say that if the attorney general does not indict, they’re going public,” implying a Constitutional crisis not seen in the United States since the Watergate scandal.
FoxNews Chief Intelligence correspondent, Catherine Herridge, reported on live TV this evening that top intelligence officials are “pissed off” that the White House is trying to make this seem like a political witch hunt - the idea of which would be to help Clinton get through at least the Iowa Caucuses before the worst of this comes out.
Herridge also reported that top Democrats to whom she has spoken are growing very concerned that protecting Clinton could bring massive, widespread election repercussions in November’s elections.
I’m Still reporting from Washington. Good Day.
Good Labor Day afternoon, I’m still reporting on Trump.
According to yesterday’s Santa Monica Observer, Donald Trump will not participate in the 1st scheduled presidential debate on Sept. 26th unless the two leading 3rd party candidates are included, Gary Johnson of the Libertarian Party and Jill Stein of the Green Party.
The Commission on Presidential Debates says that for a candidate to be included in the debates, they have to have at least 15% in an average of 5 national polls – an impossible barrier for third party candidates in this country.
Yesterday morning, Sen. Bernie Sanders said that the 15% threshold is “probably too high.”
This year the Republicans had no trouble holding debates with as many as 10 candidates on stage at a time, so four candidates should not be seen as a problem.
Typically, it is the lead holder in the polls that tries to dodge debates, and that would be Clinton. But Clinton is the one pushing for the debates now because of the perceived depth of her policy knowledge.
However, at the rate the polls are going as of today, it will soon be Trump who takes the lead and debates are really the only way Clinton can blunt his even-growing momentum.
In taking yet another bold new stand, Trump is empowering 3rd party candidacies like never before.
The Libertarian Party has never received over 1% of the vote in a presidential election since its inception in 1972, and has never won a single electoral vote.
Gaining access to the presidential ballot is very difficult. The Libertarians have achieved it in all 50 states on only 4 occasions, 1980, 1992, 1996 and 2000 despite massive outputs of time and money.
This cycle, states have made it even more difficult for 3rd party candidates to qualify, and the LP is only on 36 state ballots and DC – a record low since the 1976 election.
The Green Party was put on the map by Ralph Nader when he headed their ticket in 1996 and 2000.
In the 2000 presidential race, Nader won a surprising 2.64% of the popular vote. Subsequently, no Green Party presidential candidate has won over .36% of the vote.
Greens had better luck getting ballot access this cycle. They are on the ballot in 38 states and DC, with 6 other states said to be “in process.”
I was a candidate in the 2012 Libertarian primaries and came in second to Gary Johnson in several state primaries, so I’m familiar with just how important this ballot access issue is to the suppression of new ideas.
Our campaign looked at the cost of running as a monetary reform party, but the cost of getting barely-sufficient ballot access would have been in excess of a million dollars.
So I ran as a Libertarian candidate despite extreme reservations to parts of their platform, especially their support for so-called “free trade”, which I consistently referred to as a system of perpetrating “slave- wage trade”.
We raised only about $5,000 and that money ran out about one month short of the national convention. Consequently, my name did not appear on the official LP convention ballot.
But what I learned during the process was the travesty of the state committees of both the Republicans and Democrats continually trying to make ballot access nearly impossible, for 3rd party candidates to get any piece of the presidential limelight.
Other democracies have no problems putting smaller parties on their presidential ballots.
It’s high time that the U.S. loosen up and return to its democratic roots.
The U.S. should be the nation that enthusiastically welcomes these innovative ideas carried by 3rd party candidates. Suppressing them will always lead to disaster.
Once again, President Trump is leading the way, despite knowing that he will be branded by the Clintonista Crime Syndicate as a coward for not wanting to debate Clinton one-on-one.
No matter what, for decades into the future, he will go down as the man who helped open up the 3rd party process.

Good evening. I’m Still reporting on politics.
Last night, serious allegations of vote fraud were leveled against the Ted Cruz camp by Dr. Ben Carson.
Just before the voting began, Dr. Carson was receiving excited calls from his workers reporting a large turnout for him at caucus sites:
“I got calls from several people who told me their internal intelligence said that I was going to do extraordinarily well.”
It all started out 33 seconds before 7pm, which was the official time for the start of the Iowa Caucuses.
The Ted Cruz 2016 official Twitter site sent out this tweet seconds before the top of the hour:
“CNN is reporting that Ben Carson will stop campaigning after Iowa. Make sure to tell all of your peers at the Caucus supporting Carson that they should coalesce around the true conservative who will be in the race for the long haul: Ted Cruz!”
Perfect timing! The Cruz speakers at caucuses across Iowa got up and repeated the news to the assembled crowds and urged Ben Carson voters to switch immediately. How many is not known, but at the very least, several sites.
This was quickly followed by an official Ted Cruz 2016 press release on official stationary:
“Breaking news. The press is reporting that Dr. Ben Carson is taking time off from the campaign trail after Iowa and making a big announcement next week. Please inform any Carson caucus goers of this news and urge them to caucus for Ted Cruz.”
By 7:07 pm, a mysterious former CIA operative supporting Cruz by the name of Dan Gabriel chimed in on his twitter account:
“Source inside Ben Carson’s New Hampshire campaign just confirmed to me: Ben Carson is out. Choose Cruz.”
Gabriel’s Twitter account “@danpgabriel” boasts that Gabriel is:
“ex-CIA.”
It also boasts that Gabriel specializes in:
“insurgencies, foreign and domestic.”
According to one veteran intelligence source, this sets off massive alarm bells for anyone who has worked in the intelligence community. By claiming to have worked in domestic insurgencies, Gabriel is admitting to something that may be criminal, but at least flies in the face of the spirit of the Posse Comitatus Act of 1878 and the Insurrection Act of 1807 and subsequent amendments that prohibit military personnel from being used to meddle in domestic policies within the United States.
According to the source, although CIA personnel may be exempt from these laws, such activities are at least frowned on by the intelligence community for obvious reasons – namely destroying the Social Compact – that government is your protector, not your enemy.
By the time you watch this report, Mr. Gabriel’s site may have been scrubbed.
Another odd thing about Gabriel’s twitter page is the banner photo features a bullet hole in the left temple of Saddam Hussein. What is the message here?
Also, Gabriel claims be following 58,700 people. How is that possible for one human being?
Late-breaking news on this Gabriel guy. According to a Reddit.com user, Gabriel is the founder of Applied Memetics, LLC. He is an ex-CIA counter-terrorism officer who has ties to – wait for it – George Soros.
One of Gabriel’s jobs is apparently to sow division between Carson and Trump. One Gabriel tweet stated:
“DIRTY TRICKS! #Trump campaign started #Carson rumor?? Odd,” tweeted Gabriel.
Gabriel tried to delete his tweets, but the Twitter user who captured Gabriel’s tweets, is “BigFry Social Media@BigFryMedia.
BigFry posted the Internet archive of Gabriel’s tweet for permanent proof of the deception operation just after midnight early this morning, Feb. 2.
[insert archive]
Then when he got up this morning, he exposed Gabriel to the world at 09:34 am:
“Attention Trump Supporters Cruz adviser @danpgabriel been caught in a dirty trick lying about Carson then blaming Trump. Block him & RT!”
As you can see, I’m running 10 hours behind the real-time events, but that’s still days ahead of the MSM.
Note to you Twitter experts out there. Send this stuff to me. I’ll put it up.
So, it looks like Ted Cruz is employing top Social Media agent provocateurs to work a Nixon-esque dirty tricks campaign.
If you remember, about a week ago, I dubbed Cruz, Clinton 3.0.
At least one other campaign immediately smelled a rat as well.
Ryan Rhodes, Carson’s Iowa state director, showed reporters a text on his phone from Barbara Heki, a Mike Huckabee supporter:
“The Cruz speakers at our caucus announced Carson was suspending his campaign for a while after caucus. They did this before the vote. Same thing happened at another caucus. Sounds like slimy Cruzing to me.”

Texas governor, and Republican Presidential Candidate Rick Perry announced on ABC’s “The View” today that shockingly he will not endorse Ted Cruz – a fellow Texas politician.
Perry started out saying that Donald’s brash insults worried him and he said he wishes Donald would adopt a more serious tone, but in the end, said Perry, Trump’s positives outweigh his negatives and he would be voting for Trump!

Good morning, I’m still reporting on Fox News Staff is Sick of Megyn Kelly
According to a story on Breitbart this morning by Joel Pollak, the staff at Fox News is sick of Megyn Kelly’s self-serving ego trip.
As one unidentified source put it:
“Everybody in the building is sick of it. We absolutely can’t stand it anymore.”
“This ‘all me, all the time’ tour … is getting really old.”
Vanity Fair reported on Thursday that Kelly is considering a move to ABC. There are also rumors that she may leave for CNN. In both cases she would have to take a considerable pay cut from the $20 million Fox has offered for her to stay.
Fox staffers say they will be happy for her to go. According to the Breitbart source:
“Go. We don’t care. Leave. You want to be friends with Anderson Cooper and Don Lemon? Go to CNN. Have fun.”
Ratings tank when Kelly, who follows Bill O’Reilly, comes on from 9-10pm:
“[She] loses a million viewers from O’Reilly. She’s clearly the weakest link in the lineup.”
The title of her book, “Settle for More” is emblematic of her more, more, me attitude. HarperCollins – which is also owned by Rupert Murdoch’s News Corporation – paid Kelly a $6 million advance, yet it is underperforming at epic levels.
Although it debued at #1 on the New York Times bestseller list in mid-November, it’s sold fewer than 150,000 units through its first 3 weeks.
“For someone with a profile, that’s a disaster – an unmitigated disaster,” said the Breitbart source.
“It’s the biggest loser since Hillary Clinton’s book.”
I’m still reporting from Washington. Good day.

The Trump/Pence team has had a busy week 2 of their administration.
President Trump is showing no signs of slowing down. He is working hard moving full speed ahead to Make America Great Again and drain the Washington, D.C. swamp.
This week, there were four major issues that President Trump focused on. The first was making the United States more secure by improving the immigrant screening process. President Trump imposed a temporary travel ban on 7 countries known for training, harboring, and exporting terrorism.

Good Morning, I’m still reporting from Washington.
Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives John Boehner will resign not only his post as Speaker of the House, but his seat in Congress at the end of October.
Mr. Boehner has been under attack by the right wing of the Republican Party as we reported in Still Report #425 on Sept. 7.
Apparently Boehner saw that there was now sufficient votes to oust him, so he is choosing to get out all together. He was criticized for selling his vote on Fast Track Trade legislation for $5.3 million dollars.
He, by his own admission, has long been at the core of the Congressional vote buying scandal – politely known as lobbying – which in recent years has grown completely out of control.
I’m still reporting from Washington. Good day.
