So, we had arranged to meet up in check in area as I arrived (late) from Khon Kaen, and was being assisted to check in for Thai Air to go home. We spent a good 20 minutes or so chewing the fat. I was, obviously, disappointed Stephen didn't bring any camera equipment so the only footage available is what appears in my vlog. Thailand adventure 5 day 9 part 3. From the hotel we head to the tiny market area and after shopping, we eat some really good noodles. I am assisted by a random chap suggesting the menu items, so I order - but they never arrive. Later we head to Tong Bar where we had arranged to meet up with Justin, Just Living the Thai Life (check out his channel, I'm on it) Because of loud copyright music we walk down soi buakhao and are tempted in to a bar, however they object to filming so our destination is the foxy lady bar. Later, myself and Justin do a live stream together. This episode of my travel blog series focussing on UK places, features a small village in the heart of the Salisbury plain. The MOD purchased all the land around the village including the village itself, and in 1943 as part of the D-Day landings the village was cleared of people giving just 47 days notice. It was supposed to have been handed back, but never was - the MOD owned the properties and villagers were just tenants. The area is closed to the public, save for about 50 days per year, so this Easter was a great chance to feature a place not many can get to see.
