Gowdy seemed a bit nervous and spoke with careful, precise language, as though walking through a legal/political minefield, trying not to step into the center of the controversy of this year, whether the Deep State really has been sucking up everything digital across the nation. According to Bill Binney, who was with NSA for 37 years, and, before his retirement, held the daunting title of Technical Director of the World for the Geo-Political, Military, Analysis and Reporting Group; the answer is yes – all phone calls, emails, and what you do on the internet are recorded by NSA – not even counting the other intelligence agencies. However, Rep. Gowdy was a bit more reserved. [insert] Notice how he said that: “There is not an evidentiary basis for that.” Now, Gowdy falls back to the existing “firebreak” the deep state is trying to desperately establish to hold this burgeoning scandal at a manageable level – namely that some evil doer may have “unmasked” the names of those inside the Trump team who were accidentally caught up in the sweep because they were communicating with the Russians, etc. Perhaps if they throw a couple of people to the wolves, that will be sufficient to divert the public and the MSM sufficiently so they will not look seriously at the much larger crime of who is responsible for surveilling all digital data from everyone, all the time. [insert: “… where it gets a little more complicated] What if there is no paper trail? I believe that Mr. Gowdy knows darned good and well that the Binney info is out there, but he either doesn’t believe Binney, or is just determined to believe that his beloved FBI can’t be completely out of control. Also consider the fact that Mr. Binney has never said that GCHQ is helping the intel community skirt around U.S. law. That’s because this information is probably still not considered to be in the public domain – it may still be highly classified. There are also rumors out there that POTUS fired FBI Director James Comey a week ago, and that he is departing on April 1, and Gowdy might be his replacement. Although Gowdy would be a great choice, it’s all rumor and the April Fool’s date adds to my suspicions. [insert; Tucker: “Why wouldn’t Director Comey…. it’s bizarre.”] There aren’t many people in Washington that I trust, but Tucker Carlson is one of them, and his response is why I trust him. [insert: “We interviewed someone on this show…. to signoff.” This is why I still trust Gowdy. He is leaving the door open for the obvious – that starting by investigating who unmasked the names is just the first step in the process whereby the rule of law must carefully re-establish control over a very dangerous and potentially anarchic – or even seditious situation. Gowdy, the careful prosecutor may want to gradually open the whole thing up to an extensive and effective legal scrutiny that brings these guys back within the framework of a Constitutional Republic. If he went for the Bill Binney thesis in the beginning, it would be too big a bite. Sufficient support has to be built one step at a time. I hope that I’m right about Mr. Gowdy, and I pray that he is right about the best methodology. Good evening, I’m still reporting on SR1233 – Trump Leads Clinton by a Bigger Margin than Obama Beat Romney Let the MSM crow all they want about Hillary Clinton’s small lead in their skewed polling. Trump is doing great in the only two polls that seem to portray an accurate picture of US sentiment – the USC Daybreak poll, and the UPI/CVoter polls, both the national daily version, and the state-by-state weekly poll. I didn’t realize this, but the USC poll actually existed during the last cycle, during the 2012 election. But at that time it was run by the Rand Corporation. It was therefore called the Rand American Life Panel. It was the only poll that didn’t show Romney either beating Obama, or tied with him. The final results of the Rand poll were published on the Sunday before the election and predicted Obama beating Romney by a 49.4 to 46.8 for a 2.6% margin. In the final tally Obama won by 51.1 to 47.2 - a 3.9% margin. So what’s today’s USC Daybreak poll look like? Trump still has an even bigger lead over Clinton than Obama got over Romney – Trump 47% - Clinton 42.4% - a 4.6% margin – and Clinton shows no signs of closing the gap. How can we know that? Because of Trump’s male vs female numbers. Clinton’s lead with women – once well over 20% - has now shrunk to a mere 6.5% margin – 47.9 Clinton to 41.4% for Trump. This is not nearly enough to overcome Trump’s whopping 16.2% lead with men 52.9% Trump to 36.7% for Clinton. Even Larry Sabato – the respected Professor of political science from the Univ. of Virginia, who is on Fox a lot, can’t ignore the basic facts anymore. This is his Sabato’s Crystal Ball political predictions page. When you look at his Electoral College ratings changes section you’ll see undeniably which way things are going – the momentum. The last time he made changes to his state electoral college predictions was Sept. 27th. Both states mentioned, Arizona and Georgia moved Trump’s direction from Leans Republican to Likely Republican. Ok, let’s look at the previous one from Sept. 19. Fourteen states moved in Sabato’s Electoral College prediction map. All of them – yes, ALL 14 states moved in Trump’s direction. Let’s go back one more to Sept. 15th. Six states are mentioned – and ALL 6 states moved in Trump’s direction. So, in the month of September 22 states moved and all 22 of them went towards Trump. During all of September, Clinton had zero states move in her direction. The problem is that the entire Washington to New York political and media elite are stuck in the herd mentality – you know – in times of trouble, there is protection in the herd. But the herd is being led around by the nose by special skews built into polls to bring forth the desired result – all polls shall show Hillary Clinton with a slight lead – that is until the first week in November. Good morning, the Chinese stock market has crashed 8.7% - the largest one-day drop since 2007. In the past weeks, the communist Chinese government has tried its own version of quantitative easing to try to keep the bubble in the market from bursting. Today we find out that the IMF has been advising China to stop its intervention so that market forces could set the true price of its shares. That may be the cause. The question is how large will the effect be in European and the U.S. stock market? Currently the German and British stock markets are down more than 1.5% - the equivalent of a 280-point drop in the Dow. But here is the worst news that will effect markets tomorrow; trading was halted in many large Chinese stocks this morning because they had exceeded the negative 10% limit imposed. What will happen tomorrow when these stocks are cut loose?
