Within hours of the decision not to prosecute Hillary Clinton over her handling of classified emails, former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani who worked as a federal prosecutor for many years also, said that any good prosecutor would easily have taken the Clinton case, and won in court.
But most interesting is that Giuliani says that the statute of limitations will not run out on this case – since it hasn’t been tried – and if Donald Trump is elected, he can appoint a new Attorney General who can reopen this case and prosecute Clinton.

Good afternoon, I’m still reporting on Trump.
Forget the MSM fake, pay-for-play polls. The new UPI/CVoter poll is out and it shows that Donald Trump has made gains in all but 5 states over the last week
The biggest swing state gain came in Minnesota, where Trump is now trailing Clinton by only 2.4%.
Other highlights in the swing states are – in alphabetical order –
Colorado – Clinton’s lead was cut to 1.6%.
Florida – Trump leads by 2.6%
Iowa – Trump leads by 1.5%
Michigan – Clinton’s lead cut to 3.5%
Minnesota – again, Clinton’s lead cut to 2.4%
Nevada – Clinton’s lead cut to 0.4%
New Hampshire – Clinton’s lead cut to 0.8%
North Carolina – Trump’s lead extended to 4.5%
Ohio – Trump’s lead grows to 1.2%
Penn – Trump’s lead grows to 3.1%
Virginia – Trump’s lead grows to big 5.1%
Wisconsin – Clinton’s lead cut to 2.5%
There are two other states coming into play that aren’t considered to be swing states with this week’s results:
New Mexico – Clinton’s lead cut to 5.1%
Oregon – Clinton’s lead cut to 5.6%
Now if you count the minimum Monster vote at 5%, that puts them in range.
So, if the election were held today, according to the UPI/CVoter poll, this is what the map looks like – Trump winning easily with 292 Electoral College votes to Clinton’s 246 – with 270 needed to win.
However, if you add in the momentum factor in, here is my version. I give Trump Nevada – just too much momentum to hold for the Dems. Same thing for Colorado, plus the old cowboy factor that still lives in the true westerners.
I’m giving Trump New Hampshire because I think Trump really wants to take back this typically lone Republican property in the Northeast. I’m also giving Trump Maine’s 2nd District, and my long-shot pick is Minnesota.
So my current best guess now is 322 Trump to 216 Clinton.
However, I’m taking a strong option on Wisconsin and Michigan. With Clinton leads of only 2.5% in Wisconsin and 3.5% in Michigan, they are still very strong candidates for a flip.

Just after midnight early, early this morning, I fell for a phony website. It is called get.off.the.BS.com. I believe this is not just an accidentally incorrect story. I believe this story is a deliberate plant – probably funded by the Clinton/Soros lyin’, cheatin’, stealing, globalist, kill-off-America wing of Democrat politics.
Around 11 pm last night, my wife, Beth, sent me a story that just seemed to juicy to pass up. I was finishing up SR 1092 – ISIS Says Slave Trade Will Continue.
I was already falling asleep at the keys, but I just had to try to push through to get this Trump Hitman story up.
I should have recognized the warning signs. Warning sign #1 - it was too good to be true. The story read like a James Bond paperback.
Former FBI – declared dead 9 years ago – carrying a concealed Glock with a silencer - sneaks past security at the Trump Tower in New York - only to be caught by an alert Secret Service guy back at the Service elevator.
But I ignored the flashing red lights and plowed stubbornly ahead.
I managed to get the vid up on YouTube by somewhere around 2 am. Within minutes Beth comes walking in and announces that there might be a problem. She had just found an AP-written story that told a completely different story. It was released by AP at 8:02 pm and then picked up by ABC News sometime later.
I had done a quick Snopes scan. You can always trust Snopes to deride any story I would like. Nothing there.
I had checked Google News -- and Google generally -- sometime between midnight and 1 am. Not a whiff of the story.
But instead of thinking “ah-ha, nobody trusted that off-the-wall story that I should steer away from”; No, I thought, “oh good, they were all asleep and I’m gonna snag one of the biggest scoops of the year because I was awake when they were sleeping!”
Now, Beth’s AP story stopped me cold. ABC I can do without, but AP is solid and dependable. I was on the edge of exhaustion. There was just no way I could try to figure out the differences in the two stories just then.
It was also too late to call anyone unless they were in Australia.
My bleary brain struggled to process the information. After a few minutes, no - I couldn’t take a chance of being completely and totally wrong until mid-morning, so, after less than an hour visible to the world, I decided to take my story down. I took it off of about 10 places I put these videos up on, turned off my computer and crashed.
In the morning, I had many, many messages about my story disappearing. Was that, in itself, part of some get the Trump conspiracy?
I explained the circumstances briefly to each complainant, and as far as I know they all believed me.
Then, a major breakthrough. I got an IM from one of my favorite conservative news websites.
Why? Why did you take the story down? I explained the situation, one reporter to another. He believed me too, and then turned his attentions towards the fakers.
He asked them specifically what sources they had used. He got back a bunch of self-promotional hype, boasting about how they had broken this story and that one in the past; but no response to the question of the day - where’d you get your story?
After comparing the two stories in detail, I was now 90% sure that the story was based on a fake story conjured up to lure reporters like me into getting taken in and humiliated – to destroy – generally - the credibility of conservative reporters and commentators.
Why?
The Clinton operation is the only answer. The folks who run this website have zero advertising. On their website, they claim to have 4 people working 15 hours a day supporting Trump, but don’t explain how the thing is funded.
I don’t know about them, but I know I have to eat, make car payments and pay the mortgage.
Oh, by the way, in their response to my reporter friend, the fakers changed their tune; they claimed to be only a husband an wife team – you know, kind of like Beth and I. A Clintonesque clue – forgetting what lie they told to the last guy.
All of a sudden the string of lies just crystallized in my mind’s eye.
The thing that really gets me is they used the name of a real FBI hero, Barry Lee Bush.
Bush was killed in the line of duty chasing down a gang of bank robbers armed with assault rifles on April 5, 2007. To honor his memory, the Newark FBI Field Division even renamed its building after him 18 months later.

Merkel Wants Facebook to Enforce Leftist Propaganda Machine
Germany is said to be considering fines of up to $500,000 Euros against Facebook should they not remove so-called “fake news” from their site within 24 hours.
The political party of Angela Merkel is behind the new initiative because – they claim – that they are worried about Russian interference in their upcoming 2017 federal elections in which Angela Merkel has announced that she will run for Chancellor once again.
However, she and her leftist Christian Democrat Union face a huge headwind of rising populism dedicated to ending the migrant invasion – especially in light of the recent truck massacre in Berlin.
So what’s going on here is Merkel is getting Facebook head, Mark Zuckerberg to run interference for her with Facebook moving into the role of international propaganda minister.
Should Facebook not implement “fake-news” detection services sufficient to detect and remove all fake news from its pages within 24 hours, then they will get a fine of up to $500,000 Euros.
Who determines this? Merkel, of course.
This is THE most dangerous attack on freedom of the press at the international level in my lifetime.
Facebook takes the political heat off of Merkel. Otherwise, Merkel would have to be seen as suppressing all news in Germany with which she disagrees.
And trust me, by the time her election comes up in the fall of 2017, the German people are going to be boiling with anti-Merkel rhetoric. But if Merkel was seen as suppressing it, that would be way too reminiscent of the Hitler propaganda machine. So, the simple answer is to make Zuckerberg and Facebook do it.
This is just the latest in a disturbing wave of anti-fake news suggestions specifically tailored to suppress only pro-populist news sites – such as this one. It was the fake news of the MSM that gave us the opportunity to proliferate as a naturel reaction to the MSM.
I have been on the front lines of seeing this fake news situation develop. It came in two forms. The major form was the fake news coming over the television channels. Gone are the days of careful reportage – moderate and even-handed.
But the worst of it was the stories deliberately designed to fake out smaller operations – like this one – with stories that sounded correct, but contained poison pills that if swallowed could easily be exploited to make the populist/nationalist news sites look stupid or amateurish.
These stories were not the work of amateurs, but propaganda professionals. There would be no incentive to go to that much work to make up a story which would have only a brief incendiary life in the spotlight before proven fake.
It is dangerous to have the government decide what news is fit to print. If anything needs to be hands off to government it is control of the news thru government censorship. That’s the most essential pillar upon which dictatorships are built. That’s why freedom of the press comes in the 1st Amendment to our Constitution.
Merkel’s real motive here is to “force” Facebook to do her dirty work for them – a sort of censorship by proxy. This is just a trial balloon to see if anyone calls it out for what it is.
The right solution for freedom-loving governance is to let we, the people, work this out organically. We don’t need a government ministry of propaganda to help us out.

A bill to designate the Muslim Brotherhood as a terrorist organizations is being held up by – three key GOP lawmakers.
According to the Clarion Project, only 80 members of Congress currently support the Muslim Brotherhood Terrorist Designation Act.

A truly remarkable and hopeful event has occurred in the last 48 hours – probably the best news of 2015.
Donald Trump today praised Vladimir Putin after Putin’s assessment of Trump’s chances at an informal news conference yesterday.

Trump said the following of Putin on the “Morning Joe” show with Republican host Joe Scarborough:
Trump has suggested that as president he would open the door to a new era of good relations between the U.S. and Russia - a genuine reset – not the fake reset Hillary Clinton staged for strictly political purposes.
"A lot of good things could happen … if we get along with Russia and if they respect us."
"Putin doesn't respect our president."
No, Putin knows that Obama is a Muslim. Putin considers himself to be the keeper of the Christian flame in Mother Russia.
Restoring relations with Russia is an absolute necessity at this point. Only through such a powerful, natural alliance with our recurring ally throughout American history – Russia - can the Jihad be defeated with minimal bloodshed.
Some of my closest friends have been shocked that I have leaned towards Trump since the beginning.
Led by instinct, I’ve gradually decided by the process of elimination. I have eventually ruled out the other candidates one by one.
I said that I would wait until the end of the year before deciding. Well, the end is here. So this one’s for you, Jonathan.
Trump is the only candidate not bought. He seems non-specific on many issues. That doesn’t bother me. I think it’s because he’s basically honest and there is no roadmap for the course he has charted.
From this point on, Trump will be pressed for more specificity. It’s the only way they can trip him up. He should resist that pressure without embarrassment or hesitation. Simply say. “I’ll consult with my experts at the time.”
Trump’s natural instincts are not to seek out war, and this is the first important fruit of those instincts.
Trump seems to know that the only people who make out in times of war are the purchasers of national debts - leaving the rest of us with only suffering and more taxes.
No, if Trump wanted war, he wouldn’t have extended a hand to Putin.
Trump seems to be all about productivity - not destruction. We’ll try to convince him on money.
