1 open up your paintshop pro get you a new background a gradient of your choice and size it ...
2. Go to effects and texture effects and click on sandstone...
put the settings I have here or you can choose your own.

Blur:10 ,
Detail: 200 ,
Color : white....
angle; 45
Luminance 12
and click on ok

3.go to effects and texture effects click on mosiac antique put these settings or choose your own...

Number of columns : 25
Number of Rows: 25
Tile Deffusion: 79
Growth width : 10
Growth Diffusion: [%] 97
make sure the symmetric is Checked in the box.
and click ok.
