Presenting my first creation in Empyrion: the Iota miner MK1 utility CV.
This is a small utility CV with focus on mining.

This is a utility Capital Vessel with focus on mining.
It is supposed to be a very cheap and early game CV that would help you start your space mining ops as soon as possible. This comes with only level 7 tech and has reserved space for mining systems up to level 25.

The CV comes with two drone hatches for early space mining expeditions.
It also has some sentry guns located at the back, for soft targets. Remember, this is not a combat ship, it is mostly made of carbon to keep it cheap and light, so try to stay away from danger!

The ship comes with two external pods that are meant to house a warp drive and a shield. You can use the space to store fuel, ore, or anything else as you see fit. You can also remove the pods easily by breaking the pipes connecting them to the main ship.

There are also reserved spots for fitting up to five mining laser in the front of the ship. There is also a marked spot for mounting a drill turret on top of the ship, above the bridge. I recommend removing the marked blocks and installing the retractable version of the drill turret.

5 front slots for mining lasers or other tools
1 slot on top for a turret or a multitool/mining drill
space for gravity generator in the engineering bay
space for pentaxid tank
space for two passenger seats in the bridge area
space for medical unit
two external pods for cargo or systems
space in the pods for warp drive for deep space mining operations
space in the pods for a shield generato
