How I Lost 30 lbs in 30 Days
This is part of my transformation journey
Having started at 398 lbs at 51 years old in December of 2018
My goal has been to get down to 275 lbs
I quickly lost 80 lbs in the first 7 months or so.
But have been hovering around 310 lbs - 325 lbs back and forth over the next year..
This Year from the 23rd of December 2020 to January 3rd 2021 I let my weight jump back up to 332 lbs.
January 3rd I weighed in and set a goal of getting to 299 lbs by Feb 1st 2021
In this video I explain how I did it
What steps I worked with
Then I reveal just what weight I did achieve
It definitely was over 30 lbs !!
Now my focus is getting to the 275 lbs in the next 30 - 60 days
