In this video, I show you how to end your stake, and I explain the differences between End Stake and Good Accounting. When your stake has reached 100%, you will be presented with a black button which says END STAKE and there will also be drop down arrow present. Upon clicking the arrow, you will see two options: END Stake Good Accounting If we refer to the FAQ page on: https://hex.win/faqs.html?r=0xf3f1d6Ba08F4ae2B9Ac8557602152Dd585D9281d The difference between the two is: "End Stake can only be run by the Staker and pays him his coins due. Good accounting just pulls expired stake shares from the stakers share pool, it does not pay the staker any coins due." If we also use view the help section in the HEX telegram chat https://t.me/HEXcrypto by using the shortcut: !good, the explanation for Good Accounting is as follows: "End stake mints coins. Good accounting lets you mint them later. Either can prevent late end stake penalties." After clicking the Good Accounting option, the END STAKE button will turn green. If you then proceed to click the Green END STAKE button, your HEX coins will then be minted and the stake will then move to your stake history. You can just click the black END STAKE button without using Good Accounting first. It's entirely up to you. Avoiding the Good Accounting option would save you from having to pay for another transaction fee. In this video, I walk you through how to unfreeze your HXY (HEX Money). You've probably arrived at this video because you have been trying to unfreeze your HXY, and when Metamask opens up, you are presented with very high Gas fees, and a red error message in the bottom left corner. The reason you are seeing these high gas fees and error message is because you are trying to unfreeze before 7 days have completed, since you originally froze your HXY. Upon freezing any HXY, you must wait a full 7 days before unfreezing. There is no way of seeing on the hex.business website how long you have frozen for, unless you made a note of the date and time yourself. The best way to check is to open up https://etherscan.io/ and copy your metamask wallet address into the search box. Once your address is found, navigate to the Erc 20 token transactions tab, and scroll down until you see your transactions with HEX Money. They will be 'OUT' transactions and the contract address will end in 6d83. Now check the time stamp of the transaction, and that will be the time and date when you last froze. It's worth remembering too, that every time you freeze HXY on top an already frozen amount of HXY, the 7 day clock will reset.
