How To Find The Balance Between Work & Health?
This is one of the most difficult things programmers (and people in general) face in the 21st century. How to find the balance between work and health?
Most people believe that the more they work the better and faster they'll achieve their results. While this may seem true in some cases, it can turn you into a complete monster and zombie and it can totally ruin your overall health.
Finding the balance between work and health, fitness and a happy lifestyle should be a top priority if you want to be consistent and not get into burnout.
Wanna know more about finding the balance between work & health? Watch the video and find out!

"The War Of Art": Good Or Overrated?
I've read The War Of Art a thousand times but I actually never had a chance to do a book review about that... Until now.
The War Of Art is definitely an amazing book and I've talked about it several times before. I keep reading back this book because I think it has such wonderful advice on there and it is such a powerful book especially for entrepreneurs.
Here is the book description from Amazon:
A succinct, engaging, and practical guide for succeeding in any creative sphere, The War of Art is nothing less than Sun-Tzu for the soul.
What keeps so many of us from doing what we long to do?
Why is there a naysayer within? How can we avoid the roadblocks of any creative endeavor-be it starting up a dream business venture, writing a novel, or painting a masterpiece?
Bestselling novelist Steven Pressfield identifies the enemy that every one of us must face, outlines a battle plan to conquer this internal foe, then pinpoints just how to achieve the greatest success.
The War of Art emphasizes the resolve needed to recognize and overcome the obstacles of ambition and then effectively shows how to reach the highest level of creative discipline.
Think of it as tough love . . . for yourself.
Whether an artist, writer or business person, this simple, personal, and no-nonsense book will inspire you to seize the potential of your life.
Is it REALLY that good? Or it is something that it should be seen only as overrated? Watch this video and find out!

The Truth About Non Competition Agreements
Before we start, let me get straight to the point: I find non competition agreements completely abusive.
But, what are non competition agreements? According to Wikipedia, a non compete agreement "is a term used in contract law under which one party (usually an employee) agrees not to enter into or start a similar profession or trade in competition against another party (usually the employer). Some courts refer to these as "restrictive covenants." As a contract provision, a CNC is bound by traditional contract requirements including the consideration doctrine".
But, what is the real truth behind these agreements? Watch this video and find out!

Do you make excuses for your life and to justify your mistakes? Do you use your disadvantages as an excuse to don't move forward with your projects and dreams?
Well, then, this video is for you.
Recently, I wrote a blog post telling people how I turn my ADHD into a Super Power. People went crazy all over the place. I received a lot of critics regarding the post, telling me how I was bad, mean and did not recognize ADHD as a problem.
While I believe this can definitely be a problem, my point is something different. I wanted to show you how you need to stop making excuses and using your disadvantages to not chase your dreams.
