Free form. Pure and simple. This is 3 different arts combined into an " active " flow. My favorite way to workout. Also, doing this can show you your tendencies so that you can constantly change them up. If you stay in your comfort zone, opponents will pick up on it and make you pay for it. Hope you enjoy. When I hit 50 subscribers I'll put up 3 more videos.
Edit - After watching it...need to work on my flexibility. My back should be straighter on most of those slams, which means I put too much weight on the front leg.

Took advantage of the nice weather to go out and train. Mostly focused on weapons for the day. Started with this. Trying to add flipping to my warmups, left in my mistakes. The idea on a warmup like this is to keep going for atleast ten minutes. I typically go for about half an hour before moving on to other things.
Wish i had better music choices....went with an 80's song for this one....or so it says...
Enjoy!

My first video in a new playlist for working out with the Lightsaber. I plan on doing this with single, double, and staff variations. I find that having one makes me work out more.
I kept it short and showed clips of a similar technique. I accidentally found the toss you see at the end. Speaking of which, still very new to letting go of my weapon....don't like it much but it is flashy. Need to work on my timing a little more.
