This is my first video upload on LBRY and this one is dedicated to all my friends in the USA!

I have a small but slooooowly growing Art channel on Youtube which I'm struggling to grow despite adhering to all their rules and demands and doing all I can in regards to SEO etc... so I thought i'd start bringing my current library of videos over here to LBRY too! it can't hurt to try! And if this method proves more fruitful then I will continue to add my new work including some planned tutorials so you can learn how to create work like this - it's such a fun way to paint and anyone can do it!

I dabble in a variety of techniques and one of my favourites is Fluid Acrylic Art aka Paint Pouring. I'll also be creating more work with resin pours which comes under the same umbrella.

This piece is one of my favourites and a popular video on my YT channel so I felt it was ony right to make this my first upload!

Here are some of the processes I used in the making of this piece:
So, I wanted to create a gritty, distressed, more abstract looking American flag - so, using 'Floetrol', a brilliant paint conditioner which thins the paint without losing it's pigmentation and binding qualities, plus a dash of Hair Serum (which contains Dimethicone) in my paint, I pour on the colours and used a kitchen palette knife to swipe the layered paint to create interesting cells and patterns.
