I was diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure at the young age of 41 and my Ejection Fraction was at 25 percent. I choose to live. This is my story I was diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure 8 months ago. My Ejection Fraction Heart was at 25 Percent. As of February 1, 2022 I have an Ejection Fraction of 47 Percent. We all know that exercise is good for us. And you may want to exercise but some days are just harder than others. Being physically active is an important part of keeping your heart as healthy as can be, and it can make you feel better. Start with small steps and build up to big accomplishments.
