Illinois State Police have unsealed dash camera video that shows the moment a fleeing suspect leads police on a high speed chase back in February 2018.
The video also shows a U.S. Marshal being physically dragged with the vehicle as it sped away from police.
It all began when Illinois State Police pulled over a black Mazda SUV in Riverton over speeding and suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
After the unidentified state trooper ordered the female driver out of the car, the trooper notices someone hop into the drivers seat and speed off.
Video of a body camera worn by Hastings police officer Geoffrey Latsch shows the moment he fatally shot 23-year-old Keagan Johnson-Lloyd on Oct. 1, 2018. (Courtesy of the Minnesota State Bureau of Apprehension).
he Dakota County Attorney's Office has announced it has concluded a Hastings police officer was legally justified when he fatally shot a 23-year-old man who was the suspect in a stabbing incident at a group home on Oct. 1.
A release said officer Geoffrey Latsch "subjectively believed that Keagan Johnson-Lloyd posed a deadly threat to himself. Officer Latsch's subjective belief was objectively reasonable under the circumstances present at the time of this incident."
Officers responded to the stabbing report around 3:40 p.m. that day. Investigators said they found a victim with multiple stab wounds, but the suspect had fled.
Johnson-Lloyd was identified as the suspect, and officers found him hours later walking on the 1500 block of Walnut Street. That's where Latsch fatally shot Johnson-Lloyd.

On December 9, a small car suddenly lost control and smashed the factory iron gate, hitting the security guards who were ready to open the door to fly a few meters away. The security guard at the factory next door said that it might be that the female driver mistakenly braked the brakes into a throttle, "crashing on the ground for two or three laps." The hospital doctor said that the security guard has died in the brain and "can't live."

She became suspicious when the suspect failed to enter her work place parking lot.
As she approached the car, she began to hand the man the iPhone, but the money she received in return was fake.
Not to be ripped off, Raulston demanded for her phone but the suspect drove off, dragging her with him.
"You just have to be really careful and especially on social media - just really have to check them out," Raulston said.
