Greg Weiler Update - 8/3/14 - "Church Bombing" FOTM
Well, wouldn't you know? The court found Greg "Not Responsible" - just like I had said all along. He was not in his right mind. NONE of the stuff he was spouting sounded like what we believe here and it was his own malfunction - as he agreed. Right now he's being evaluated to see if he's safe to release, will transition to a half-way house, then out on his own. And it wasn't us trying to "use" him or get him in trouble, it was his own blood family begging the Feds to keep him in jail forever. I heard some of the letters they wrote and they were UNCONSCIONABLE. If the people telling me how wrong I am were actually acting like JESUS, it would be a lot more believable!
So, please pray for Greg, for his release in God's time, for direction about his future - and whatever else the Lord lays on your heart.

Some folks are REALLY not going to like my take on their sacred cow (idol) of Calvinism, but I think it's limited and short-sighted and far too easy (for them). I think taking the names of men to define you is wrong - particularly men that burned people at the stake for disagreeing with them - in fact, who would burn at the stake MOST of the people TODAY that claim to be Calvinists! Anyway, we'll do more on this when we have time, but this was a glimpse into a Sunday night meeting here - until the battery ran out on the camera. After that we answered some more questions, prayed for some folks, had a snack and went home. :-)
