> **About:
> --------------------------------**
> **1. Members at Manchester Makerspace are working on awesome projects:**
> - Electric go kart
> - Iron Man costume
> - Motorcycles
> - and much much more
>
> **2. From these projects we also generate tons of digital content in the form of video, photos, data sets, and other various file types.**
>
> **3. Over several years makerspaces have tried to share digital content and collaborate between their members and across organizations with awful difficulty**
> - We've tried Wiki's
> - Youtube
> - Github
> - Cloud storage (Google drive, dropbox, ect.)
> - Communication apps like Slack
> -- All of these solutions require cumbersome permissions settings, require too much time for volunteers to manage, and do not scale well for dynamic projects and groups.
> -- All of these options restrict file size and volume size. This especially makes it hard to share raw video when trying to edit.
>
> **4. LBRY & Spee.ch offer the benefits of.**
> - No file or volume size restrictions.
> - An elegant means of hosting content on the makerspace website.
> - Easier experience for members to share, consume, and collaborate.
> - Lower management costs and time commitments.
> - Single platform for all orgs and people who want to join the maker movement.

There may be some differences in from this (RC2) model.

**Open Source Face Shield - alternative design**
*A simpler face shield design*
Some people have mentioned that a flaw in the prusa design is that foam is required for sealing the top of the mask and for comfort as well.
The open source face shield design may be used instead: https://www.delve.com/assets/documents/Open-Source-Face-Shield-Drawing.pdf
Maybe we could combine the best parts of both designs?
Notes on these designs came from Manchester Makerspace (New Hampshire, USA).
This makerspace has been producing face shields in sizable quantities for donation ( https://twitter.com/MHTMakerspace/status/1243902208342704130 ).
