Episode 63: Visual Bookmarking and Inspiration Simplified
This week’s pick is the recent discovery called mymind. A browser extension to save all of the web things like articles, images, text and inspiration for later. While I know a lot of creatives and designers who use Pinterest and other public ecosystems to visually bookmark things online they usually are too clunky to support its users. Mymind extension is a bit different. It's an elegant solution powered by AI, which automatically scans and tags content with meaningful and human-friendly tagging mechanisms so that a person who saved something for later could easily search for and rediscover those bits again.
Note: we're not affiliated with the tool makers. It's just a great UX tool you should know about.
As mentioned in the video:
I have 5 invites to share with my viewers. If you want to check this tool in its early access state email me (you can find the address in the about page). The first five people will get their invite codes.
In this new weekly UX design, user research and product design tools series I'll share some of the best picks I've encountered to date. You'll find out about the best apps, extensions, websites and other helpful tools.

Hey, designer folk - this is going to be a short one. Since the UX prototyping series covering Axure RP: Noob to Master (https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLM2Dd2NIn2CrF2V-xQyZ_Nk3vQNUl2UCG) built momentum and over time resulted in over 8h of tutorials, I'm now looking for the next tool to deconstruct and produce a learning journey. Which one though? I'll leave it up to you. Leave the comment below with your top tool or top 3 (even better) and I'll do my best to cover it.

As a UX design manager and design mentor, I frequently have to revisit this topic with UX researchers and product designers who face the dilemma of giving up or keeping on. In this video, I won't just share my personal experience or give you anecdotes - there's already plenty of that on Youtube. Instead, I'll share 3 specific conditions that every person will go through in their pursuit of excellence and growth, in UX or any other field. I'll also share a way to ensure that you never have to guess if it's time to move on still worth persevering.
