As the name implies, each month my co-host Andy Brockman of the Pipeline (Where history is tomorrow's news) and I cast an eye over news stories, topical media and entertainment and discuss and debate what we find.

Petuaria: Not (just) another Roman fort!?
"You may not have heard of Brough-on-Humber, but it is potentially one of the most exciting archaeological sites in Roman Britain!"
The PETUARIA ReVisted Project is made up of local people, working together with Hull University and other archaeologists to bring to life the story of the people who lived, where they live now, almost 2,000 years ago.
Placements for local people on the excavation are FREE and this year the participants will be drawn from serving and retired military personnel, emergency service workers and NHS staff who have been working on the 'front-line' during the COVID-19 pandemic.
