Missing a few members. We are finally gearing up for Episode One. These are just flow drills A few may seem familiar, we use them as " reset " points. The empty hand portion is for developing energy sensitivity. Too much tension can mess the drill up. Most of the time, for now, a person is calling out the drills as we move. (typically the camera man/woman). These are Used to get comfortable with a training partner so it's easier to freeform down the road. ( which we will be using to come up with our choreography. )

Took advantage of the nice weather to go out and train. Mostly focused on weapons for the day. Started with this. Trying to add flipping to my warmups, left in my mistakes. The idea on a warmup like this is to keep going for atleast ten minutes. I typically go for about half an hour before moving on to other things.
Wish i had better music choices....went with an 80's song for this one....or so it says...

Had some people ask, so here you go. A quick run through of attacks while using the Little Flower Technique...aka, Obi - Ani. Also, because I know I will get the question. That is an Elevation Mask set at 9800 feet. I typically always wear one if im training outside of the Academy.
Its Modified Inosanto Angles because I applied angles 3 and 4 on the highland instead of the waistline/hip level. If there is a demand, I will expand it to angles 1 - 17 with a Lightsaber.
