We have another mission where the name of the game is actually territory control. We need to seize buildings without losing them to accomplish the challenges. I go for the extremely bold strategy of capturing the forward production facilities and then moving backward to capture the normal buildings for revenue. This allows me to generate a front line as needed while protecting my infantry in the back. From there, we just need to push forward and we can win attrition as my units skill up (even if they can't heal).
I neglect the airports because vipers are annoying and the AI spams them, so I keep most of my fighting on the ground. Despite this, I think I still prefer Tsukumo in a Fortress than that crappy Buster. ... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7Lj4T_iXP3U
Hal has a showdown with Barton where he has to convince him to at least set aside his plan for the time being in order to keep the Lunar Surface going. And should this fail, everyone may be forced to go back to Earth. Maybe Hal could go straight to Mars since he is already in space...

With this, the trilogy has come to a close. We're kind of up-to-date on the economic blunders of Earth with Enron and Wall Street behind us, but there is time for more blunders to take place, so maybe one day we will see a fourth game. Overall, I'm not too much of a fan of this one in particular, which might be due to its historical precedent being really recent and not exactly over yet. Despite that, I'd still be interested in something the author does in the future, even though judging from this and then Spice and Wolf, the author is interested in the finer points of economics and there might be some overlap. Due to the fear most people (at least in the west) have of numbers, I don't really see these things ever becoming mainstream even though it might be somewhat informative to the average person. In the end, it is kind of a shame too, as I think there is actually value in playing these if you want an entertaining introduction to some of the basics of the stock market.
In the event you do not bring Hanako to full salvation, the Departed gets upset and decides to take out her frustrations on her perceived rival in love. Some scenes afterward change as well when the characters are talking among themselves, which I show here. There are bound to be some more mentions later, but these are the immediate ones.
BTW, enjoy the thumbnail while you can as Youtube may take it down.

There isn't really anything Kira exclusive to be found here as we are mainly knocking out the remaining events in the chapter. We are given the class project, which we have seen before, but the tarot reading is new, and starts to clue Mina into things going on around her. Then everything comes to a conclusion with us returning to the shrine only for Erilynn to receive some hope that help is a month away. We will need to wait and see if it arrives though...

This is the first of three videos that will encompass Mille Mirage. To summarize, this video is me making preparations aware of the nasty fights coming that are thrown out the window because the game wants you to use specific characters that cannot be customized for "reasons." From there, we make it to the conference and spend the rest of the video talking to people. There is no combat to be found here, but there will be a little bit in the second video and a lot in the third. Don't get excited, because the usual Cold Steel crap will occur where the game clock increases but player enjoyment does the opposite.

Even though the title claims Max is striking, this is if we ignore him and stick to Andy, which I believe was required to get Olaf to show up for the final battle in the old games, which I do not recommend.
This is still effectively a tutorial mission where you get to use subs to torpedo Olaf's navy while your ground forces trample his. Once you have control of the sea, your battleship can help in the bombardment to bring this to a close.
And if you're wondering from the beginning, I have completed the entire first game already and had to go through these missions to unlock Rivals. I will be uploading these alongside the Sonja missions, but I will take a break for Green Earth, for reasons you will see when you get there.

The second variant of Tiamat attacks. This one is a large number of moderate HP heads. All heads must be destroyed to win, and they revive. To make things worse, they all have immunities and different nemeses, making this a very complicated game.
In terms of heroes, I was expecting a long slug fest, so I grabbed Doc Havoc, but I didn't bring a themed team. My biggest weakness here is that Terminus, Titan, and Doc all use projectile damage for their most consistent source, and one of the heads is immune. Each of them can switch to something else, but it is not as ideal.
The good news is that one of the heads is the nemesis of the Lady, and you can put her into damage mode to keep that head perma-fragged. It will continuously revive, but you can make sure that is the head that keeps returning and she can keep taking it down while you work on the others.
As for the environment, since everything has roughly the same HP, it is almost perfectly neutral and lashes out everywhere. Sadly, each of the heads is immune to one of the events, so making sure the right one comes out at the right time is a little difficult.
Basically, just keep at it, and you can grind away all of the heads and claim victory.

These missions are so short, I just opted to group them together. We must first face our teammates in order to advance, and luckily they get bottlenecked on a bridge where Boser and crew can make very short work of them. Then you can either have them finish Jessica, or have Ledin attack, which recruits her. Recruiting her puts you on Route H, and then afterward you need to secure the land passage to the mainland. Narm and Ledin are able to pick off the scouts to make this a very short mission.

We have hit the final stretch before we can take on the final boss. Overall, the stratum is much like the ones before it with no new twists or turns. Since this was DLC in Japan, they probably went simple, but it just feels lazy to me. We just need to power through this one more time.

Failing to find the bandits we were looking for in the previous video, Nowa heads home and uncovers the plot. The only bright side is that we find out not everyone on the Imperial side is working together as we meet a familiar face. Sadly, the next one we meet will not be as receptive.
Also, a bit of a warning. About half of this video is combat as I opt to fight every single bandit here for power leveling purposes. It alone is not enough to get your level high enough to win the first duel, but it is going to do wonders for when we're about to do the next recruitment drive.
