The Incredible Conjoined Twins Attached At The Head | BORN DIFFERENT
TWIN girls Joy and Joyce Magsino are craniopagus conjoined twins from the Philippines - meaning they were born with their skulls fused together. At birth, the doctors gave the twins a 10-year life expectancy, but the now 13 year olds are thriving against the odds. Separating Joy and Joyce is a possibility, but an incredibly risky operation that would cost the family $75,000. Their mother Jhomarie has left the country to work abroad, in an attempt to be able to save enough money to afford the operation, she told Truly: "When they were younger they were so difficult to look after, unlike today, they can look after themselves - now they can shower, feed themselves and also use TikTok." The twins love to record videos for social media, and have been slowly seeing their followers increase. "We would like to be famous on social media someday so that we can save up some money for our operation," Joy said. The twins look forward to the possibility of one day being separated. Joy continued: "We'd like to be separated, we'd like to be able to move around easier and do things we can't." Social: https://www.tiktok.com/@magsinotwins5

A SOCIAL media influencer has received a shocking retro-style makeover. Julia, 21, is an online influencer who studies and lives in Leeds, UK. Her style used to be very tame, but a couple of years ago she decided that life is too short to be ‘boring’, and so she stepped outside of her comfort zone leading to an increased following on her social media platform. Julia told Truly: “When it comes to Instagram, there is always a pressure to kind of be perfect. You’ll get DMs saying, ‘You've gained weight’ or ‘You look really ugly’. People make assumptions and stereotypes about me, all just based on the way that I dress. In the beginning, it was very difficult not to take it to heart, but I've gotten really good at ignoring it.” When Julia expanded her wardrobe choices, it led to her taking inspiration from past eras - she often wears elements of 70’s style but felt that she has never been able to fully nail the look. Julia has now been given a glamorous, 70’s makeover - from go-go boots to Charlie’s Angels flicked up hair to fulfil her dream. “Something I might be nervous about is if the clothes aren’t flattering for my body. I hope that the style they give me is not too out there," she said. What will this ‘Instagram Baddie’ think about her dramatic style overhaul?

Did you know that the world's deepest well has been drilled 13,000 feet beneath the Antarctic ice and why? What's being found will help in the search for life in space!
Russian scientists have drilled the world’s deepest well into Lake Vostok Antarctica. They expect to discover new life forms living 13,000 feet beneath the Antarctic ice. They have already identified a new form of bacteria. A bacteria whose DNA bears no resemblance to anything else on Earth. Vostok the sixth largest lake on Earth has been covered in ice for 15 million years. Any life living there would be totally independent from the rest of the planet. And would have evolved with all sorts of adaptations we can only imagine.
Scientists originally reached the surface of Lake Vostok in 2012 but a leak of freon and kerosene contaminated the drill hole. Samples taken from the surface of the lake showed hundreds of life forms, but they couldn’t be guaranteed to be free of contamination. This forced the team to re-drill the last 1600 feet through a parallel borehole.
Vostok’s 1,300 cubic miles of freshwater is twice as pure as double distilled mineral water. The water has a temperature of 26 F but doesn’t freeze due to the pressure of the ice. Studying the lake will give us clues on how and where to look for life on other planets.
Scientists believe the most promising life forms exist where water is present. Places like Marks and Jupiter’s moon, Europa. However, space will have to wait while we continue to discover alien life on planet Earth.

AFTER over 25 years as husband and wife, this couple have renewed their vows as two wives after Lacey transitioned from male to female. Both coming from conservative backgrounds, Lacey, 50, and Cindy, 55, met 28 years ago when Lacey was living as a man and serving in the military. Lacey has been struggling with her gender identity for years, but Cindy had no idea until Lacey actually came out in 2018. Lacey told Truly: "I felt like I was in a gorilla suit, it was literally like wearing a costume - I'd be Googling things like 'why do I feel like a woman'." After multiple attempts at suicide, Lacey reached breaking point and decided she had to come out as trans to her family. "I had no clue, I had no suspicion, no inkling - she was very manly, extreme redneck," Cindy said. After a difficult period, Cindy eventually accepted Lacey for who she truly was and the two stayed together as a couple. "I came to the conclusion that above all God would have wanted me to love her - that was the big 'aha' moment for me," Cindy added. For Lacey and Cindy, however, the hardest part was when Lacey came out as a trans woman publicly.
One man and his ultralight plane are teaching orphaned birds how to migrate while giving people a front row seat of nature in action.
To humans, he is the Bird Man, to birds, he is their mother.
When Christian Moullec saw that lesser white-fronted geese were having trouble with their migration from Germany to Sweden in 1995, he didn’t think twice and took to the skies to help them. Today, if the weather allows, he flies off with birds on an almost daily basis.
Christian Moullec flies alongside birds to help them migrate safely. He spent over twenty years protecting endangered bird species in France. Moullec trains orphaned birds using a theory known as “imprinting”. Hatchlings regard the first moving thing they see as their mother. Even if it is an ultralight, they will follow it everywhere. Moullec is not the only human member of the flock. People come from all over the world to fly with him and his birds. The Bird Man hopes his life’s work will help give orphaned birds a fighting challenge. Proving that when it comes to making a difference the sky is the limit.
Now he is the President of a very small organization called “V: Fly with Birds" (the here V stands for the flock formation which migrating birds assume when flying). Christian has proven his aerial kinship with geese at various French and UK air shows and is always happy to attend similar events on call, raising awareness and bringing the display of "Flying with Geese" to a wider audience.
