Start: 2 mile run
Circuit:
-15 incline chest press
-30 second boat pose
-15 count boat pose with mini flutters
-15 same leg, hand raise off ball
-10 ab sliders with dumbbell
Rest and repeat circuit 3x

Stand with your feet slightly wider than shoulder-width distance apart. Lower down into a regular or traditional squat, then engage your core and explosively jump up, bringing your hands up, forming a star with your arms. When you come down to land, lower your body back into the squat position and repeat. Be mindful to sit back as you lower into a squat so your knees don’t extend past your toes.
G-Tip: You will want to jump as high as you can and explode upwards like a shooting star. This will intensify the squat and increase your heart rate, making it a cardio-boosting variation.

Place a resistance band above your knees and stand with your feet slightly wider than shoulder-width distance apart, in a neutral stance. Lower down into a regular or traditional squat, then engage your core and explosively jump up, bringing your hands up overhead, forming a star with your arms. When you come down to land, lower your body back into the squat position and repeat. Be mindful to sit back as you lower into a squat so that your knees don’t go over your toes.
G-Tip: This is another killer cardio squat variation. The addition of the resistance band adds the saddlebag burn while you blast your heart rate. Dig deep, you’ve got this!
