What You Think About Yourself Determines How People Perceive You
Have you ever stopped and thought about what self-image you've built for yourself? Do you see yourself as a failure, as someone that won't ever be able to get a girl or talk to someone? Or do you see yourself as someone successful, who is able to achieve what you want in life?
Well, in both cases, this is the exact image that people will see in you. The image you build for yourself is the exact image people will see in you.
Are you interested in changing how you feel around others? Change how you feel about yourself first.

What Are The Most Creative Industries For Programmers?
Lots of programmers work with automation and creating solutions for companies to reduce costs and increase the profit of whoever hire them. However, this work can become tedious and make you bored very easily if you don't take the proper action to reverse this thing.
So, I've received a question from a reader asking me if there were any industries in which they could be creative. Are there industries where developers and programmers can be more creative than in others?
The answer is: I don't think so.
The creativity will definitely depend on how you choose to do your job and how you do your job. It depends on how much effort you put on your choices and how your brain works to overcome the problems you're faced with.

How To Convince Employers They Should Pay You More Money?
So, a lot of software developers have this common question for me. They want to get a raise, they want to get paid more, they want to get high paying contracts but this isn't always an easy thing to do. There are a lot of negotiation and gatekeepers along the way.
Recently, Scott recorded a video asking me a question. His question was basically how should you convince your employer to pay you more money? He said that he was getting very frustrated because he couldn't get good deals when searching for jobs via recruiters. He said that they always end up getting the lower money deals.
So, how can you show your employer that you're a good bet and that you'll definitely make your project successful? This is definitely a question a lot of software developers and freelancers get asked all the time.

"On Liberty" Book Review
Recently, I read a very good book that I thought it would be good to do a review about it. The book is called "On Liberty". Here is the description, extracted from Amazon:
"Discussed and debated from time immemorial, the concept of personal liberty went without codification until the 1859 publication of On Liberty. John Stuart Mill's complete and resolute dedication to the cause of freedom inspired this treatise, an enduring work through which the concept remains well known and studied.
The British economist, philosopher, and ethical theorist's argument does not focus on "the so-called Liberty of the Will…but Civil, or Social Liberty: the nature and limits of the power which can be legitimately exercised by society over the individual." Mill asks and answers provocative questions relating to the boundaries of social authority and individual sovereignty. In powerful and persuasive prose, he declares that there is "one very simple principle" regarding the use of coercion in society - one may only coerce others either to defend oneself or to defend others from harm.
The new edition offers students of political science and philosophy, in an inexpensive volume, one of the most influential studies on the nature of individual liberty and its role in a democratic society."

Some Answers About My Life
Hi, I'm John Sonmez and I'm... I'm actually being interviewed in this video lol
So, I received an interview request by email asking me some questions about my life, from my current job experiences to what I think that will happen in the future. So, instead of writing, I decided to record a video about it. Here are the questions I've answered in this video:
1) What is your job title?
2) What type of education would I need to get into this field?
3) How has technology changed this field?
4) What salary range could I expect starting out?
5) What are some of the current technology-related issues/challenges/problems in the field today?
6) What's changing in the field? What should someone coming into it now need to know in, say, 3 years from now?
