1. Report on status of the Node implementations represented at the meeting. Since the last BCH dev meeting, Bitcoin ABC 0.19.0 was released. Bitcoin ABC devs can give a brief report on how that went, and any information they would like to convey to node users. Other node implementations can report on how development is going, and any other news they may have.
2. Report on the Upgrade Testnet. Status report of what has happened so far with the upgrade testnet, further plans, and any other information to share. (Antony Zegers, Mark Lundeberg)
3. Report on Avalanche progress and plans. How is development going, is there anything that people could do to help, and any other information that should be shared (Amaury Sechet, Chris Pacia)
4. Looking to the next Upgrade. Are there any ideas or priorities that people want to think about soon to lay the groundwork for preparations for the Nov 2019 upgrade.
