Unboxing & reviewing my DJI Inspire 1 quad-copter at CopterShop. I show everything included & how to set it up, how to use the software and give my thoughts on it. Please hit that like button if you enjoy the video!
We assemble & review the IKEA Motorized Bekant Sit & Stand workstation with the GERTON solid beech wood top (chef block). It's very easy to assemble and looks amazing but I feel the Autonomous Smartdesk Sit-Stand workstation is a better overall value with more options including remembering positions.

▼ My personal recommendation for the perfect sit-stand workstation ▼
Get the Autonomous base for ~$300 (link below) and buy the $80 GERTON solid butcher block table top from IKEA and you have a $380 sit stand that is the best of both worlds. The Autonomous tops are expensive and plain looking so this would be my choice if I did it over again. Also, the Jarvis desk on Amazon looks very similar in functionality to the Autonomous Jarvis Sit-Stand Base - http://amzn.to/2ofNSyu.

Today I had a lot of time so I did a few videos and this is the last one I'm doing today. Decided to sit down and play some MW3 on my XBOX 360 in the man cave and discovered I suck even worse at it then Battlefield 3. I guess I'm just not gamer material but I have a lot of fun playing anyways. I cut the video way down since all I did was run around and die. I did get one kill but it was by a random grenade spam :) This show is an independent production of Jerry Berg (aka Barnacules). What's up Nerdgasm fans! In this video we will once again be using the Ultimaker v1 3D Printer to solve a problem in the Nerd Cave and help get one step closer to being organized. A lot of people think 3D printers are just a novelty and don't have any real purpose but speaking from experience I can tell you that these things can be infinitely useful. I had this problem where I couldn't find a place to put all my headphones. I would just hang them all from the microphone arm on my desk but it was too heavy and would weigh the arm down so I decided to move them to the wall. I could have got some command hooks but they didn't fit the headphone bands properly so I picked up this little gem from Thingiverse.com and it works perfectly. There were a lot of other options but I chose this one because it could be printed quickly and fit nicely along side the window.

In this video I play the Airwolf TV show theme music on the Ultimaker 3D printer using .gcode generated from a midi file. The gcode tells the stepper motors on the device how to move and what speed and when transforming this expensive desktop 3D printer into a music box. I tried to clean up the audio as much as I could but it's not perfect. Let me know if you like these types of videos and also request other songs in the comments! I am going to try and find a couple microphones to put right on the stepper motors to get the cleanest sound possible and filter out more noise if you guys are into this kind of thing.
The Ultimaker 3D printer is a filament extrusion printer that can use PLA and ABS to create virtually anything. The open source .gcode that is used by this printer allows you to do cool stuff like play music using the stepper motors. This video not only demonstrates how cool it is to think outside of the box and do neat shit like this but it also demonstrates how truly flexible the printer is and the control you can have over it. This level of control on hardware is ideal for future proofing it since people will always find better ways to make the printer produce better results and having absolute control is critical to this goal.
I hope you guys enjoyed watching Airwolf Theme played by the Ultimaker 3D printer. Please let me know if you would like to see more videos like this!
.gcode files were sourced from Thingiverse.com and can be created with many programs that convert midi to .gcode so if you have other requests I can certainly try them out if their is enough demand.

Watch me get owned by DayZ in my first video playing the game. It is a pretty long video since it is a pretty slow paced game. If you have ADHD or ADD I don't recommend playing this game since you will go crazy :D The game is a mod for Arma 2 and one of the all time most requested videos by my subscribers so it had to be done! I will get part 2 going sometime early next week when I can get some other players in game with me to help protect me and show me the ropes!

Hey Nerdgasm fans! Sorry for the delay but here is the unboxing video of my pre-assembled Ultimaker 3D printer I ordered from the Netherlands. Normally you purchase it as a kit but you can have them build for you for a fee (it's pretty expensive) but totally worth it. This is an intricate machine and I would rather them build it and calibrate it then me fiddling with it for 6 months and going through 10,000 feet of plastic filament before getting it right :P
The printer was damaged in shipping by DHL and that was not Ultimakers fault but I do show what happened in the video, none of the damage blocked me from using the printer since I was able to fix it in about 1 - 2 hours and have everything up and running. There tech support is amazing and when I reported there was damage they promptly got back to me and send out replacement parts for every problem I discovered and pointed me to resources to get me up and printing quickly and they have answered all of my questions.
The reason I chose the Ultimaker of the MakerBot or other RepRap printers is because of its 50 micron resolution, speed and open source software. This makes the unit infinitely expandable in the future and the Cura software is simply amazing for slicing and printing 3D models and controlling every aspect of the printer. MakerBot is a closed system where you need to use proprietary software and the new one only prints in PLA and I want to be able to print in ABS, Lexan, Wood Filament, PLA, Nylon, etc. With some minor upgrades the Ultimaker can do them all.
I have already printed several things out before posting this video and I have not been disappointed. The printer does amazing things and it just blows my mind at what you can print. If you go to thingiverse.com you will find a huge library of user created content for 3D printers and so far everything I've downloaded and printed just works!
Also one other awesome thing to note is the printer reminds me of the BORG from Startrek because it builds it's own upgrades :P If you search on Thingiverse.com for Ultimaker Upgrade you find hundreds of little replacement parts and improved parts you can print to make your printer even better, I've already done this and will show the parts I've created in future videos.
