Install KStars, Phd2, Astrometry.net in Kubuntu LTS 18.04 + Testing
More elaborate install with comments, including Kubuntu install, and also testing connecting to live equipment, testing Astrometry solving, Phd2 connection from Ekos.

There has been a change in Phd2 to allow connections to INDI mounts for pulseguiding. This will not only help guiding, but after meridian flips, change of objects, a new calibration of guiding is needed. Phd2 is better of with a connection to the 127.0.0.1:7624 port because I wll allow both connections to the QHY driver and the mount at the same time, so no removal of the QHY drivers in the local indiserver is needed.
