I was really excited by this book, called "Ego Is The Enemy". As you probably know, I'm a fan of Ryan Holyday''s work and I found his "Obstacle Is The Way" to be an amazing reading, which made me rave about this second book. However, I think this will be my first "meh" review. I was not so surprised by the book, I have to admit. I don't know if this is due to the fact that I'm already someone that reads a lot about this topic or if the book didn't bring so much information about it. In fact, I would recommend the reading but I wouldn't give it 5 stars. Maybe, a 3.5. Here is the book description, extracted from Amazon: ""While the history books are filled with tales of obsessive visionary geniuses who remade the world in their image with sheer, almost irrational force, I've found that history is also made by individuals who fought their egos at every turn, who eschewed the spotlight, and who put their higher goals above their desire for recognition." -from the prologue Many of us insist the main impediment to a full, successful life is the outside world.
