Day 7 - In this session we'll expand on the pranayama practice of Sama Vritti by adding Breath Retention. As you continue with your meditation practice we encourage you to add any of the pranayama we've learnt here whether its Bee breathing, Alternate nostril breathing, Equal breathing or the Square breathing we'll learn today to help you to focus your mind. No matter which pranayama you choose, the important thing is to keep your awareness on the sensation of the breath. And as you move forward, remember that consistency is important. We recommend practicing meditation daily, ideally around the same time each day. You can repeat any of these classes as many times as you like.
