From cold limbs, heart problems, plague, varicose veins, even stopping heart attacks in the moment, or adding a "kick" to your food, this herb has a long list of benefits, short term and long term uses. You can challenge yourself with different heat units (HU)'s of cayenne to build up your tolerance to the different blends of peppers. Some peppers can even be as hot or hotter than Habanero Peppers.
