According to the latest emails obtained by Judicial Watch thru the Freedom of Information Act, many of Hillary Clinton’s top staffers at the State Department knew from the start that Clinton fully intended to attempt to totally bypass government email systems so as to avoid future disclosures due to the Freedom of Information Act.

Of 35,529 FISA warrants sought over the first 34 years of the court’s existence, only 12 have been denied. The first FISA warrant against Donald Trump was denied last June.
By the way, FISA is an acronym for, The United States Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court. It is a court that meets in secret. It was established to oversee surveillance warrants against foreign spies inside the United States by federal law enforcement and the intelligence agencies.
The first FISA request on Trump Tower came AFTER the infamous meeting of Bill Clinton and Attorney General Lynch on the tarmac at the Phoenix Airport.
The second one came AFTER Wikileaks started publishing the first batch of John Podesta emails.

The DC Madam’s former attorney, Montgomery Blair Sibley struggled with his GoFundMe page for a month and only got $390 of support. The day we ran our first story on the situation, suddenly the page was fully funded.
That same day, Sibley’s request for a hearing in either the U.S. Supreme Court, or the DC Court of Appeals was granted and now appears on the docket of the U.S. Supreme Court as a District Court case, case #15A1016.
Sibley is fighting a lower court order to keep suppressed the critical 815 records which had actual names, addresses, social security numbers, and home and business telephone numbers from the DC Madam’s records.
In January, Sibley realized that among these 815 records is contained:
“… information relevant to the upcoming Presidential election.”
The hacker group Anonymous released several thousand records over the weekend that were apparently from an older release of only phone numbers released several years ago.
Now, the news website, Gateway Pundit has warned that it is pouring through these older records and today issued a stern warning to Ted Cruz:
“We have the DC Madam’s phone records.
Pages and pages of phone records.
We are deciding how to present this evidence.
Please pass this on to Ted Cruz and his supporters.”

A former National Guardsman in Virginia was charged yesterday with plotting to carry out a terrorist attack on U.S. soil in the name of ISIS.
Mohamed Jalloh, a naturalized U.S. citizen, originally from Sierra Leone, was arrested on Sunday, July 3.
Jalloh made contact with ISIS operatives in Nigeria during a six-month visit last year. At the time, he allegedly considered travelling to Libya to fight for ISIS.
Upon his return to the U.S., he made contact with ISIS again. On April 9, he had a face-to-face meeting with a government informant posing as a member of ISIS.
He praised the terror attack last year that killed 5 US service members at a recruiting center in Chattanoga, TN.
He also said he wanted to carry out an attack similar to that of Major Nidal Hassan, who murdered 13 people at the Fort Hood army base in Texas in 2009.
Jalloh quit the National Guard after listening to online lectures by jihadist cleric Anwar al-Awlaki.
He was arrested on Sunday the day after he had purchased a rifle from a gun shop in Charlotte, North Carolina. However, the gun shop had disabled the gun before selling it at the request of the FBI.
If convicted, he faces up to 20 years in prison. He was jailed without bond.

According to a story in yesterday’s National Review, previously committed Ted Cruz delegates are starting to peel away on their own accord as delegates see the Trump train picking up steam as it rolls downhill now to victory.
In North Dakota, for example, where its 25 delegates to the GOP National convention were -- not voted on -- not caucused for -- but merely selected by the hierarchy of the state Republican party at their convention on April 1st – 18 pro-Ted Cruz delegates were selected.
However, all 25 delegates are officially unbound – that is, they can legally vote for whomever they want on the first and subsequent ballots.
According to Jim Poolman, a North Dakota delegate:
“Donald Trump has gotten a lot of support across the country, and just [last Tuesday], winning five [states] is one heckuva showing.”
Poolman now says he’ll wait to see how the remaining primaries play out before making his decision.
Of the ten delegates contacted by the National Review, half of them have serious reservations about voting for Cruz.
This is typical towards the end of the primaries. Delegates are typically political animals and when they see the Trump Train speeding up downhill towards the convention, there will be a huge number of battlefield conversions. This will insure a 1st ballot Trump victory in July at the National convention.

Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban has announced that his nation will build a second barrier between Hungary and Serbia to keep out migrants.
In a strongly-worded speech before the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Orban said that “ethnic homogeneity” is key in creating the atmosphere for sound economic development, and that too much migration from other cultures can destroy that atmosphere.
Hungary has the lowest unemployment rate in the European Union of just 4%. Employment is so good that employers have trouble finding qualified applicants to fill jobs.
Orban wanted to send his message to those employers by saying that importing labor from other cultures is not the solution.
“[Hungary’s government] cannot risk changing the fundamental ethnic character of the country. That would not enhance the value of the country, but downgrade it instead, and toss it into chaos.”
Orban is an admirer of US President Donald Trump, and a critic of the EU's migrant quota policy, calling the wave of migrants arriving in Europe from war-torn Middle Eastern countries a threat to the continent's cultural and religious heritage.

Synopsis: San Diego-based One American News Network, which added $100,000 to the pot to be awarded to whoever turn’s in Seth Rich’s killer, has just released a new report on their findings on the murder of Mr. Rich, but so far, none of us have had the opportunity to read it.
Why? On Thursday, one day before the report was to be released, and 5 days after we announced the search for Dr. Anon, an OANN representative took to the message board 4chan appealing for help in locating Dr. Anon too.
According to ZeroHedge this morning:
“Within minutes of the post, OAN's website was taken offline in a Distributed Denial of Service (DDOS) attack.”
By this morning, the overall OANN website was back up, but the report, itself, has disappeared from their page.
Just another in a series of coincidences? Unlikely. Someone or some entity is very determined to be sure that Seth Rich’s murder should not be thoroughly investigated. Eventually, this mountain of circumstantial evidence will probably overwhelm whoever is being paid to bury the story, but the biggest print media player of them all is still among those determined to not have the truth come out.
Friday’s NYT continues the current MSM tactic of trying to shame those who still seek answers to Rich’s death – calling them “demented detectives”. In another era, both the NYT and the Wash Post would, of course, have been part of that investigative pack, but not today. No, today, they shill for the Clinton cabal where the inside political players divide up mountains of illicit gain – the very hallmark of the Clinton Foundation.
It is the NYT that should be ashamed, but they are so desperate for their piece of that cash to hold their seedy, propagandistic, stories-for-play operation together for yet another year, that they either can’t see how transparently lopsided their coverage is, or they are too desperate to care.
