Home cooking again!!! - 131 days of One Meal a Day aka OMAD - Intermittent Fasting
I am back to home cooking and it calls for a vegan dish. See me bake something delicious. One meal a day never tasted healthier.
Lost 1 pound, ate 1340 calories. So far lost nearly 55 pounds doing OMAD. Was 241lbs, now 195.4lbs. Link to my progress chart:

So far I lost 55 pounds following Intermittent Fasting diet. It means that I fast most of the day. I drink coffee, tea and water and nothing else. At noon or so I eat for an hour and that is my first and last meal of the day. It wasn't easy at first, but it's a new norm for me now.

3 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
lemon juice from half of lemon
1/2 tsp chilli powder or chilli flakes
3 garlic cloves, minced (optional)
2 tbsp soy sauce

salt and freshly ground black pepper
