Guilt.
According to its definition, Guilt is the state of one who has committed an offense especially consciously OR feelings of culpability especially for imagined offenses or from a sense of inadequacy.
If you're a human being, you've probably felt guilty before and this is a very bad feeling to be felt.
Guilt can be a pain in the ass of a feeling when we want to achieve what we really want in life. We might feel guilty for a hundred reasons, family, friends, for yourself...
In this video I'll teach you how to deal with guilt and, most importantly, how to overcome that.

Life: Is It Logic Or Coincidence?
I used to think that the world worked in a very analytical way. I wouldn't open my mind for anything outside of my comfort zone.
However, recently things have been changing and my way of thinking has changed. I did a video recently that talked about coincidences and most people did not understand it the way it should be.
In this video, I'll brag a little bit more about life and what I believe when it comes to logic, coincidences and how the world works.

Why I Fast Until 5 Every Day: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UAScRmlcHaE&index=2&list=PLjwWT1Xy3c4XMOX3EyxkjHfI56rPKqtXp
Morning Exercise & Fasting Until Evening?
Everyone that wants to start a fasting diet suffer from some problems, especially when it comes to finding an optimum time where he/she can have his/her one-meal-a-day.
For those who don't know, fasting is a willing abstinence or reduction from some or all food, drink, or both, for a period of time. An absolute fast (dry fasting) is normally defined as abstinence from all food and liquid for a defined period, usually a period of 24 hours, or a number of days. Water fasting allows drinking water but nothing else. Other fasts may be partially restrictive, limiting only particular foods or substances. A fast may also be intermittent in nature. Fasting practices may preclude intercourse and other activities as well as food.

Moving Fast Vs. Being In A Hurry
Few people talk about the difference between moving fast and being in a hurry, which something I definitely think it is important.
At first, it might seem like they are the same thing, but a closer look would make this assumption disappear. Moving Fast and being in a hurry are two different things and you should be aware of what you're doing right now.
Bottom line is: Moving Fast is good, Being in a hurry is not.
When you're in a hurry your mind stays in the future, and you're always stressed out, anxious, waiting for the worst to happens, Your mind starts creating a sense or urgency and you always end up not being so productive as you could be.
When you're moving fast, you're in a completely different space. Your mind is in the present and you feel secure. You feel like you can accomplish a lot of different things, once at a time, without having the stress factor rushing through your veins.

My Sincere Opinion On Race & Racism
So, this is a hot topic right now. I've decided to create this video after the awful incident in Texas. For some that don't know, there were a shooting that happened in Texas that involved racist claims. I don't want to get into this specific point here, as it would draw the attention from the video.
So, I was reluctant on creating a video for this topic, but I felt like I couldn't hold it back anymore. So, here it is.
In this video, I'll share with you, my thoughts on race and racism, some criticism on the media and how they manipulate the new and why we should shift our current views on these topics so we can create a better future for everybody.

"The Art Of The Deal" Book Review
So, a lot of you know that I like to read a lot of books that are considered strange. I've read a lot of books that could be interpreted as "WTF John?", such as My Big TOE and Dianetics. So... What one Earth could I read to make you feel more than that?
What about Donald's Trump book? Yeah, I decided to give it a shot. And here is my book review.
Here is the book description, extracted from Amazon:
Presumptive Republican presidential nominee Donald J. Trump lays out his professional and personal worldview in this classic work-a firsthand account of the rise of America's foremost deal-maker.
"I like thinking big. I always have. To me it's very simple: If you're going to be thinking anyway, you might as well think big."-Donald J. Trump
Here is Trump in action-how he runs his organization and how he runs his life-as he meets the people he needs to meet, chats with family and friends, clashes with enemies, and challenges conventional thinking. But even a maverick plays by rules, and Trump has formulated time-tested guidelines for success. He isolates the common elements in his greatest accomplishments; he shatters myths; he names names, spells out the zeros, and fully reveals the deal-maker's art. And throughout, Trump talks-really talks-about how he does it. Trump: The Art of the Deal is an unguarded look at the mind of a brilliant entrepreneur-the ultimate read for anyone interested in the man behind the spotlight.

Can I Take Some Time Off To Relax?
I believe in living a balanced life. I believe in living a good life where you can actually enjoy life, your achievements and all the good things that this world has to offer.
We all have different areas that we should be able to administrate and balance: work, life, relationships, fitness, health, investments, etc.
Today I wanted to talk about two in specific: work and life.
How do you find balance in a busy life, working at a company, in your projects and also finding some time off to relax? In this video I received a question about someone asking me if it was ok for him to take some time off to relax.
I confess that I also struggle with that too. I find it hard to find the balance between work and relax time, most to the fact that I don't make differences between work and relaxation and I don't think work is a bad thing.
So, is it ok to take some time off to relax? And how much should you take? Watch this video and find out!
