How to start/increase walking barefoot? Its important to be safe when we start our barefoot journey, I was recently going through a lot of researches which suggest that barefooting is awesome for our well being, mental and physical health. I keep getting this question that how can people start being barefoot or increase there time without getting hurt. So I decided t make this video where I share how you can safely be barefoot more often even during the present times!
I have been barefoot for 15 months now. I have seen tremendous change in my life. Of course it requires a lot of other things also to be holistically healthy like enough sleep, good food, loving connections. But being barefoot is certainly a great way to keep you healthy and connected with nature.

To me now I love being barefoot. It makes me feel centered, balanced, and in sync with the energies and environment around me.
