Finally! Kena Bridge of Spirits is finally out. I've been waiting for this game ever since it's initial reveal like a year or so ago. It's been a long wait and it was delayed a few times, but Kena is here now and we're starting a SwitchPlayed playthrough. Just off the initial playthrough, the game is great and it really does feel like you're playing a Dreamworks film. They nailed that during the cut-scenes which were very cinematic and even during gameplay. Kena might feel a bit stiff, but it's honestly nothing to gripe about. For a studio creating their very first game, I'd say Ember Lab have done a fine job. But then again, I'm basing these thoughts on the hour of play that I edited down to 30 minutes here. There's still another 10 or so hours. Will the game get worse or will it get even better? I'm gonna try to go through the entire thing tomorrow but I am a little bit sick which is why I ended the game session early Other tidbits - I also recorded an Eastward playthrough, but haven't gotten around to editing it.
