In 2015, Turner Broadcasting partnered with WME/IMG to create ELEAGUE, a major esports production involving Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, to be aired on several cable networks. In 2017, its third season, ELEAGUE expanded to Street Fighter V, announcing the ELEAGUE Street Fighter V Invitational. Thirty-two pro players were selected to compete from March through May with a total of $250,000 on the line. Gootecks and K-Brad were two of the 32 players selected, going to Atlanta to compete. However, both players were eliminated in group play. After competing, Gootecks, K-Brad chat with Mike about their experience, the different points of view and what the future is for them and ELEAGUE.
