http://CollisionBlast.com - - Weldless car repairs in another thing heading our way. With the heat welding produces, welding structural parts is not recommended on vehicles with certain steels and aluminum.
At SEMA 2011, I also heard that less repairs to structural parts are recommended. Some car makers are recommending to follow the damage back to a place where there is no evident damage, cut the part off and section with a new one. Therefore, eliminating the straightening stage. I believe this was focused on aluminum, but many of the steels used today are very heat sensitive, which is an issue with welding.
Things are changing fast in the automotive industry, so pay attention and look for new repair methods for these changes.

Unlike the stud nail gun that must be removed each time, this tip tacks itself to the metal surface and pulls off with a small twist. This is a time saver and eliminates the need to stud nail supplies. However, while this tool seem the better choose to me, most students still prefer the stud nail gun method. DIY Tips: How to smoke tail lights also called blackout tail lights is a How-To video will show you how to smoke or tint your tail lights. This is a simple method, but does require a spray gun and a little spraying knowledge. However, the end result is a tinted tail light, which allows the light to shine bright when lights are on. This also leaves a shinny new look when completed correctly. #smokedtaillights
Be sure to check with your local laws before tinting your tail lights, as several states have a low or no tint law, as in California.
