Glangwili and Prince Philip hospitals, in Carmarthenshire, were the last to have the charges.
But it will be free to park from now on after a contract with a parking firm expired at the end of August.
Hospitals in Northern Ireland and England still charge for parking, with the latter making £174m from the charges last year.

Subscribe to the channel at https://goo.gl/VjHw6T Syria has denied reports that a series of blasts at a military airport near Damascus on Sunday were from Israeli air strikes, state media say.
The loud blasts, reported at the Mezzeh airport, were caused by an explosion at a munitions dump, Sana news agency said, citing Syrian military sources.
The incident was the result of an electrical fault, the agency added.
Israel has launched air strikes against Syria in the past and was accused of targeting Mezzeh airport last year.

Subscribe to the channel at https://goo.gl/VjHw6T Matt Kemp hit a three-run home run in the eighth inning as the Los Angeles Dodgers rallied to grab a share of first place in the National League West on Saturday with a 3-2 victory over the visiting Arizona Diamondbacks.
The Dodgers had just three hits heading into the eighth inning, but they got a one-out single from Justin Turner and a walk from Manny Machado in front of Kemp’s 19th home run of the season off Diamondbacks reliever Archie Bradley. Machado’s walk came on a 10-pitch plate appearance.
It was just the fourth home run in the second half for Kemp, who was named to the National League All-Star team. The Dodgers used home runs to put together a late rally for the second consecutive game after Turner and Enrique Hernandez went deep in a victory Friday.
Eduardo Escobar and Christian Walker hit home runs for the Diamondbacks, while Patrick Corbin pitched five scoreless innings. Arizona fell into a tie for the top spot in the division for the third time since Aug. 12.

That’s exactly what Rep. Goodlatte is doing, in regards to out of control activist judges, who are using heir judicial power to run defense for the anti-Trump #Resist movement.
Goodlatte is introducing legislation which would stop federal courts from issuing “sweeping orders” that block enforcement of federal policies.
Washington Examiner
Rep. Bob Goodlatte, R-Va., has introduced legislation that would stop federal courts from issuing sweeping orders that block the enforcement of federal policies across the country directed by both Republicans and Democrats.

Michael Flynn, President Donald Trump's former national security adviser, is set to be sentenced on Dec. 18, following months of delay after he pleaded guilty to lying to the FBI about his contacts with Russian officials during the transition.
The move by U.S. District Court Judge Emmet Sullivan comes a day after special counsel Robert Mueller's team signaled that it was ready for Flynn to be sentenced after previously asking for delays, prompting speculation that the former top aide was still cooperating with the probe. Mueller's team agreed to recommend a reduced prison sentence for Flynn if he cooperated with the investigation and also agreed to testify in any future criminal cases.
POLITICO previously reported that lying to the FBI carries a maximum of five years in prison and a fine up to $250,000, but defendants usually get less than the maximum. Sullivan, a Clinton-appointee, is not bound by Flynn's plea agreement which signaled a sentence between zero and six months in custody.
Trump has said he fired Flynn because the retired Army general was not honest with Vice President Mike Pence about his contacts with then Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak. But former FBI Director James Comey testified that Trump cleared the room after a meeting and with just the two of them left asked Comey to "see your way clear to letting this go, to letting Flynn go" in regards to the bureau's investigation of Flynn.

It is the tweet that launched a thousand rumors.
On Tuesday evening, Ed Whelan, a conservative activist and legal commentator, posted a remarkable claim about the charge of sexual assault against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh.
“By one week from today, I expect that Judge Kavanaugh will have been clearly vindicated on this matter,” Whelan wrote. “Specifically, I expect that compelling evidence will show his categorical denial to be truthful. There will be no cloud over him.”
In a follow up tweet, he added for good measure: “Senator [Dianne] Feinstein will soon be apologizing to Judge Kavanaugh.” Feinstein is the top Democrat on the Senate Judiciary Committee and the first senator to learn about the accusation against Kavanaugh.

Yesterday, former Trump campaign manager Paul Manafort agreed to a plea deal with Special Counsel Mueller to avoid his upcoming trial on charges of fraud and failing to register as a foreign agent.
The New York Times is now reporting that the plea deal is a guilty plea that crucially does include a cooperation agreement with the Special Counsel’s investigation. Unfortunately, NPR is reporting that this does not include any matters relating to the 2016 election investigation.
Manafort has been charged with one count of conspiracy and one count of conspiracy to obstruct justice. He will have to forfeit four of his homes and the money Manafort squirreled away in hidden bank accounts across the world. In exchange, prosecutors dropped five money laundering charges and violations of a lobbying disclosure law.
Manafort is under indictment for his failure to register as a lobbyist under the Foreign Agents Registration Act for his work lobbying for Russia’s Ukranian puppet leader, Viktor Yanukovych, and his United Regions party.

A new series of text messages between disgraced former FBI officials Peter Strzok and his mistress Lisa Page reveal a very curious connection between Page and the Clinton family.
Turns out Lisa Page was a Clinton intern.
That certainly helps to explain her anti-Trump hatred.
