I decided after finishing a records request at the Federal Courthouse to stop by the State Courthouse to request a copy of the records request document that you use to get copies of your court records. I've gone over the local rules a few times last year in preparation for my own court case and knew about where the limits where imposed when it came to filming. Remember the regulations around filming in courthouses are different from those on the Federal level and will be different in every state and possibly for each city for non-federal courthouses. While I was live streaming my view of the TSA in the Seattle Airport while conducting a First Amendment Test, I had this guy show up out of nowhere. This guy really thinks he has privacy in a public place. If you don't want to be the focal point of the camera don't act out near it, don't confront the guy filming, don't even talk to the guy while he is recording. If you do, you end up looking like a fool like this guy and the others in my prior videos about this kind of an issue. This video will be backed up on other video hosting platforms accounts that I manage. I will make sure to keep a copy on the cloud.
