Zur Vorbereitung für die Hauptuntersuchung musste die hintere Bremse eingestellt werden, die Fahrzeuge sind sehr viel einfacher gebaut, als man es bei uns gewohnt ist. Damit braucht man eine andere Herangehensweise, die ich hier zeige. Das ganze ist mit einer "Qualität" verbunden, die selbst so einfache Arbeiten oftmals zur Herausforderung macht. Weiche Seile, Hebel aus minderwertigem Material etc. sind da oft die Schuldigen. In dem Fall war das aber zum Glück erfolgreich, Ersatzteile zu bekommen wird langsam schwierig...

Hier ein schöner Kundenauftrag. Material ist hochfestes Aluminium, die genaue Qualität hatte mir der Kunde vorgegeben. Schön zu bearbeiten, sehr kurzspanend, leider waren die Späne wirklich überall... Die Ersparnis von knapp 7Kg ist ordentlich, mit noch etwas mehr Aufwand wäre noch ein wenig mehr möglich gewesen, aber ob das in einem Verhältnis steht ist fraglich. Das ganze war so schon sehr aufwändig. Gewuchtet ist das ganze statisch, das reicht meist für Schwungräder, ausserdem habe ich keine andere Möglichkeit.

Elektroumbau eines Gator 4x4, mit dem 12kW Mahle-Motor aus dem Renault Twizy. In diesem Fall habe ich diese Variante gewählt, um mit der Welle für den Variator flexibler zu sein. Variatorantrieb ist jetzt so eingestellt, daß er ohne Motordrehzahl den Keilriemen nicht mehr auskuppelt. Der originale vordere Motorträger war so gebaut, daß der Elektromotor keinen Platz gehabt hätte. Ich habe ihn neu gebaut, um den originalen nicht bearbeiten zu müssen. I chose this variant to be more flexible with the shaft for the CVT-Pulley The CVT-Geartrain is now adjusted in a way, that it will not spin freely if the motor is not running. The front motor mounting would not have left enough room for the new motor, so i built it new. Otherwise i had to cut it down, what i try to avoid. This is the english Version of the Tesla-conversion-Video. Sorry for the strange audio, but i am surely no expert on this field. This Conversion is a Prototype, which will be available as a kit if it works. This version is completely reversible, no important parts are modified. The conversion could be built into a vehicle with a Gearbox, but then the Tesla-parts possibly have to be modified. Controller stays original, all this will be powered with 400V. Max. RPM on this unit is 8000min-1 due to the not original bearing and sealing. Also interesting to see is the internal build of the gearbox and lubrification.
