Pondless Waterfall added to Minneapolis Home! {Small Pondless Waterfall Package Plus+)
These clients had been watching our episodes & were really excited to work with us but a little nervous that they didn’t have enough space to make something natural! I got excited because I really like challenges! That is truly one thing I absolutely love about my career… there are always challenges to conquer! In fact, I tell the Wizard often “It wouldn’t be landscaping if we didn’t have some challenges to overcome.” However, Denis & Jeff had the perfect setting in mind! It was in the corner of the property and all the windows made it so they would be able to enjoy the sounds and views from inside too! I love the way this turns out and so do our clients!

Thank you for joining us for Episode #87, Project #9 of 2020! This week we are featuring us building our Small Pondless Waterfall Package Plus+! Do you remember project #5? That was the first time we came up with the small plus package… I thought it would be perfect for this Minneapolis backyard landscaping project! It delivers a great adjustable flow rate of between 4,000 and 7,000 Gph. This allows for a more deep and rich sound, which is perfect for drowning out the noise that comes with being in the city. We also are able to make this waterfall a little longer than our small package by an extra 2 to 3 feet in length. Like all of our packages, we want to be sure it is a composed piece of art work for the area! I think it fits this space really nicely and it tells a story where it feels like it was always there. Now that our clients have added their green thumb touch we will be sure to go back to film it as the plants mature and soften up the large stones!

When our client first contacted us he had already owned his own #WaterGarden, but they recently moved and wanted to build his dream #Koipond! We walked the the area in person discussing our ideas. I'm humbled to share this episode with you. Our whole team put our passion and love into this waterfall. This waterfall is our medium pondless waterfall, built in honor of the Weist's beloved family friend Shari. Sadly, she could not be there to see it in person but we know she was there in spirit. She recently lost her battle with cancer and after talking with her husband Jeff, he wanted to have us start their backyard dream remodel with one of our creations in Woodbury, MN! As an artist I am honored to be able to create for Jeff. Erica was right in the middle of her chemotherapy treatments during this build. Jeff was a huge help and supporter to me, listening and giving me wisdom. It's his dream to build the backyard paradise they had been planning together. I'm proud of my team for completing the first part of their paradise! I can't wait to come back to show you this completed paradise. It was an honor and privilege to create for Shari! She always made me smile when we were together. She's greatly missed! Dave the "Stress Mitigator" (Justin's Dad) (Jeff's best friend) joins us for this special build in honor of his best friends! He brings all sorts of veteran Dad joke material and a great work ethic to the jobsite! We included the brand new Aquascape color changing lights which turned out awesome!
