The prep is going well, I feel like I'm right on track and I'll be ready when October 4th comes! I'm at 202 lbs this week which indicates that I've lost a steady amount of weight so this coming week I will continue to eat 3,000 calories. The following week I will probably drop it to about 2,900 calories!
Yesterday (08/16) I went to a men's physique competition at the same place that I will be having mine and was able to see some of the competition that I will be facing. A lot of them look REALLY good and I have to say, it's going to be a lot harder/different than a lot of you are thinking, so don't get dead-set on me winning!

I have to admit that I was not the shining example of bodybuilding this week because I wasn't getting all my calories in every single day, instead I Was getting probably around 4,000-4,500 in everday. No doubt that this coming week I'll pay extra close attention to getting every single one of those calories into my belly haha!
As far as news goes, I'm really grinding out the last few things to get started on launching Beyond the Weak and the clothing line and as of about a week and a half ago I became single. This will be interesting because you can see the style changes that happen in a bodybuilders diet, training and life when he goes from being in a dedicated relationship to becoming single and I think it will help give a lot of you a grasp on what it means to be in/out of a relationship while lifting.
